You wish.
You're right I've never been on a plane Spoiler I've only been off Great Britain once and that was by train

Multiplayer issues Rec system is pay to win The satisfaction of unlocking armor parts is gone. Back in the days of H3 and Halo Reach you had to put effort into completing challenges and achievement Multiplayer maps looks like I made them out of buplo blocks. All the slayer maps look like an paintball field Maps are too small. I don't want to find someone in 15s. I am the type a guy that like flanking. Bugs everywhere.
Read the title.
Shit
We've already established that.

Try r/halostory
Pretty much this, there's some solid discussion there
It's like archive before it turned into post-WWII Russia. With the added bonus of not being whined at because you don't like the forerunner books.

For the reason why Locke was hunting the chief to me this would be a far better reason than what we got. It strats off the same but when we catch up with the Chief this is what we see. The Chief ends up getting tricked into activating the guardians which Locke doesn't know, but he still see's him doing it. Before they can have their encounter they both end up getting separated and when Locke gets back up to the surface. He see's the guarding leaving and the whole colony is destroyed before anybody was able to make it out. Due to this along with the mass destruction on other human colonies he ends up having the hatred for the Chief we see in the trailer.
It would've been even better if they'd have added Biko to the story so that all that business could have been pinned on him, too

AFAIK, they were basically indoctrinated into putting the emperor first before themselves, kind of like N. Koreans.
Evidently, the leadership didn't care much as japanese soldiers were to commit suicide before capture - never back down and all that.
Japan could have done a lot more damage on the ground if their soldiers weren't so ready to do retarded banzai charges actually
And if their planes were more than man-operated missiles, too.

Every generation now seems to want to be the first to disregard physical media
I refuse to let it happen
ikr, I hate it, it feels like Discs are just around to download the game to the console before being redundant.
I know it would save a lot on production costs, but Physical Media is just a good system, provided the Disc reader isn't Xbox 360/3DO-tier.
tbh I want the NX to be Cartridge based so badly it hurts.
I think a lot of it is leftover from the original XB1 policies. Either way, I refuse to go digital until hard drive space is cheap enough to allow more than four games at once and internet speeds mean it doesn't take more than a day to download a game.

ME 2 and ME 3 are both dual-disc. One disc is the MQ type stuff and the other disc is everything else. It's a bit jarring when you have to get up and swap when starting a mission, and it's why they're not on XB1 yet (They haven't figured out multi-disc games yet)
Import the character. You can use all weapons in ME2 as a soldier, IIRC, and your decisions from ME1 will cross over (Rachni Queen, save/ kill the council etc)

Halos don't use centripetal force, though. They use artificial gravity. What? Why are they spinning then?
The point is the way they're built and the fact that they're spinning can create gravity.
Can, but doesn't. Last I checked, the gravity was artificial and the spinning didn't correlate to a 9.81ms^-2 acceleration. If you've got the power to make space magic artificial gravity, there's no reason to use dodgy and (presumably)harder spins to do it. Presumably harder ebcause they have hollow planets and installations like the Ark which are pretty common. you can still have realistic and feasible spacecraft designs in scifi though.
Covenant plasma weapons are a ridiculous concept in their entirety. I wasn't talking about the plasma weapons.
What, then? I can name 3 of the dozens of weapons that are feasible. Particle-beam rifles, carbines and (Maybe) the FRG. You've still only brought up one thing that is realistic. Unless you want to go into ballistics and military stuff (Which isn't science, nor my thing), there isn't much to say abut halo's realism. Ballistics: the SCIENCE of projectiles and firearms
The SCIENCE
>military stuff
So we'll just cut out everything you don't want to talk about and call Halo unrealistic? Even though real scientists say Halo is pretty realistic?
Because I have zero experience evn using firearms, aside from one time I got to have a go with a shotgun on a farm. Even so, a gun is a gun, half the designs are half-copied from stuff like the F2000 and FAMAS. I meant stuff like organisation and structure and so forth. Apparently they're basically directly copied from the US military, so... Honestly, it's the military stuff I always felt was pretty good. It's the reason I even got into the franchise, because it always felt pretty realistic as to how operations work and stuff, but I'm not in the military so I don't know. I know things to do with science and maths and shit. Also which scientists? They can't even get the stars right. Harvest is in the Epsilon Indi system, which is only 17 light-years away, yet supposedly the furthest system from earth. I don't really know what to tell you because I don't really know much about astronomy.
The stars and planets in halo are pretty fucked up and barely consistent. All you seem to be saying is "If you remove the non-realistic parts, it's realistic!". Sorry, but that hardly counts :^)
I'm saying if you remove the non-realistic parts that aren't realistic in any franchise, it's pretty realistic.
Well that's a stupid way to rate how realistic it is. Like I said, I always thought Halo was one of the better ones (Pre-343) out there when compared to something like Mass Effect or star Wars and so forth, but it still isn't perfect.
