This is pretty incredible (Vault 101 and Springvale in FO4)

Apparently it's a proof of concept, hinting we may be getting something similar to Skywind.

I guess I'm going to start Far Harbour tomorrow of Alien Isolation doesn't arrive and my season pass hasn't been revoked. Anything I should know?

Take Valentine. It's worth it.

Also do side quests. They actually matter.
I only did like the very opening, but yeah. It's detective work. You basically HAVE to take him.

Some of the later conversations and whatnot are a lot cooler if Nick is there. Seeing as I never really used Nick befoee FH, I was surprised by how much I liked hin. I never found him particularly endearing in the main game but taking him as a companion for the DLC really made my experience a lot better.

I always preferred DMR.

I wouldn't hold that with any weight, though. I've never found Halo's gameplay to be all that great. Battlefield does vehicle stuff better and I'd rather play an actual arena shooter that doesn't feel slow as shit if I want to play that sort of stuff. I always preferred semi-automatics like DMR and Carbine to useless automatics like the assault rifle and burst fire weapons like battle rifle.

They're cancer

I know, but think about it. No ads = no Sep7agon.
That's why I disabled it because the ads here are perfect, hell, I'd tell cheat to get another banner ad at the bottom of the page just to help increase revenue a bit.

I don't know the exact numbers, but an ad on the bottom of a page wouldn't make as much as a top ad. They are paid based on placement, closer to the top = better.

If you're in the US, watch the Clone Wars. Season 2 and on are actually really good, just soured by some of the cringier stuff in S1 and the film.

I wholeheartedly support modders using F4SE to stop people porting them to console. You can usually tell it's stolen if there's no images for the mod and the name/ description are anything but. Thankfully, Bethesda are taking down stolen content fairly quickly, which is good.

The business of stealing mods is disgusting, even moreso when it's only being done to spite PC modders who are (Rightfully) pissed about the twatbrigade of people wh have no idea what modding entails constantly demanding mods be ported over to xbox/ playstation. Especially when there's a genuine technical reason (Using copyrighted material, stuff that breaks bethesda TOS, requires script extender etc) for not porting them.

I can't wait to get my PC build done so I can do the stuff that isn't available on Xbox.

They must have been pretty big guys to crash a plane like that with no survivors.

Ew

Tactics armor was just no

Well the Enclave version looked a lot better. Though the only full-body images of midwestern armour I'm aware of are the slightly goofy scale of in-game graphics (ie the humans are really wide-shouldered and stuff).

I more meant that the APAMKII armour is just as grounded in a 'classic' design as X-01.

I wouldn't mind a more HD version though. Updated with modern graphics would be cool.

Canned water is a real thinh from real cold war era boston. It was actually given out and looked similar to that in game.

Otherwise, I imagine some changes in art direction come from one of the senior artists passing away after FO3's release. He was responsible for a lot of FO3 stuff like the Enclave's PA.
And that Enclave rabbit ears shit from F3 looked terrible. X-01 is much more in line with the original Enclave design from F2.

I like the Advanced Power Armour Mk.II. Reminds me of this

But of course, I'm not allowed to like anything about Fallout 3 and I'm not allowed to have any criticism of Fallout 4, my bad.

Most games have controller support nowadays.

Just depends on wether you think that's worth losing some aiming precision (assuming an FPS here)
The only FPS I'll even play is Overwatch and I literally only play as Mercy on it. I don't use her pistol that often anyway so I guess I can do with a controller.

Ah right

Yeah, it'd be more of a concern in something like, say, counterstrike or something where accuracy is more important.

Of course, recognise that I'm talking out of my arse here because I've only seen 5 minutes of overwatch gameplay in the back of a totalbiscuit video but it seemed like there was a lot of support stuff and AOE attacks going on than just who can get the quickest headshot. Feel free to slap me and call me an idiot if that's not the case though.

I'm about to blow +1k plus on a PC.

Verbatim, stop me!

You'll be playing better quality games and saving money in the long run by paying less for games and not having to pay $60 a year to use the internet you already pay for.
But my K+M skills are shit. How am I supposed to healslut for Tru when I keep running into walls?

PC has a version of battlefront II that doesn't require a controller designed to give you RSI.

PC wins by default

Counting anywhere with actual NPCs, traders and associated Quests

Republic of Dave
Lamplight
Canterbury Commons
Temple of Union

Agatha's House (If you want to stretch)

If you get a mod that slows the timescale, it will also adjust survival accordingly. I have that, darker nights, a rebalance mod (Makes humans (Including player) die in one or two hits but makes PA super strong among other stuff), a delevel mod that lets any enemy spawn at any level and some other things. It makes survival a lot better. Enemies aren't bullet sponges any more. Still challenging enough to make you have to think and plan, but not nearly as frustrating as survival was. I dread fighting deathclaws though, I installed one that buffs all their stats considerably to make them more like their 3/NV counterparts.

Plus my tacticool assault rifle with the see-through scopes and tactical attachments is pretty awesome.

Having night be a lot longer combined with not being able to see anything really makes you want to stay at camp more. I built a small little survival shack in a bus (It looks really cool) and I now actually end up going out on scavenging runs in the day and either trying to get back home (I'm at starlight drivein) or find somewhere to put down a tent and sleep through the night. It's amazing, I love it.

My only real complaint is that makung any enemy spawn at any time is cool for a challenge, but I'm super levelled compared to what I ahould be in regards to equipment. I had an assault rifle and some combat armour by level 5.
you're on xbone right? can you send me the link the these mods?

I'm too lazy to link that shit

But here's the list (In load order)

Loads of Ammo
Spawn Items (Can mess with timescale)
Seph's Brutality (XB1)
Darker Nights Level 0 (darkest)
Another Life - Alternative Start
loads of Ammo - levelled lists
Unleveled Wasteland
Disable Godrays
Deadly Fog
Hardcore Radiation Storms
Tactical Weapon Mods
Deadlier Deathclaws
Campsite
See-Through Scopes

A couple are actually two mods or more because I have all DLC. There's also a fuck ton of new weapons/ armours/ bugfixes scattered throughout and it all works fine. I can post my entire load order if you want.

2817
Yeah.

Looks stupid and impractical as fuck.

With forge coming to W10, it's as though 343 want me to sell the game

Regardless, that £20 got me ayylmao and wolfenstein so it was a good trade. I can get two good games and the one part of Halo 5 that isn't shit once I've got my PC.

You try too hard to express disinterest in the game.
And I bet it's super fun to make maps without ever testing or playing them.

It is. I enjoy map editors for the creative side of things. I don't make multiplayer maps for others to play on. I usually just do aesthetic stuff.

I mean, I get a lot of enjoyment out of Far Cry and Fallout map editors/ settlement modes and no one's ever gonna see those.

I hate cyclists. I walk home on a canal regularly and at this time of year the bikefags are out in full force with a determination to make sure I will never be able to walk more than ten metres before having to stand to the side for them

Mainly because they rarely ring a bell or anything to let you know they're behidn you then have a go at you when you don't step out of the way because you're not omnipresent.
