build PAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
How innocent he is.
Well yeah, I know it won't stay that way but I do prefer stealth + normal weapons and melee. It's how I played New Vegas too. I guess playstyle is a better word than build?
There are no builds or playstyles in fallout 4 It all eventually devolves into just running into a base with a combat rifle or a laser rifle.

I was excited. Now I'm not.
First impressions are overall just dull - the parkour feels nowhere near as important as the original and everything feels slowed down. The TTK is way too high and getting the drop on someone is an instant win. There isn't enough chaos on the maps (Titans and AI) to give the same feeling of being in an actual warzone like the first and overall the game just feels dull.
Sound design for the guns isn't all that good either. Everything sounds pissweak.
Overall it just feels like another generic shooter with movement mechanics slapped on rather than the bouncy zip-around-the-map jumping off walls run around stompy fun that was the original. Now it's just tedious. In the first I'd just hop on a game not even to play properly, I just enjoyed running around the maps and chaining up wallrun combos and smart pistolling the AI to rack up points, mainly just running around 'cause it was fun. Now it just feels boring.
Probably going to leave this one a week before getting. See how people react to it - if they change stuff between now ans release people like, I'll look into it more. Right now my excitement has been kind of killed. A real shame because TTF1 is one of my favourite shooters and I had really high hopes for the sequel. I really didn't want to believe the stuff being said in the forums and subreddit but it's true and it's depressing.

>tfw I said this game would be a washout and I was correct Feels pretty good man Spoiler In all seriousness it sucks it turned out this way. Space games are a really cool genre that no one has yet to perfect, and it's always cool to see a new one announced. But if there's one good thing to come of this, it's the amount of free advertising there's been for games like Elite, Star Citizen, Rodina and Space Engineers. I've seen a lot of people switching to those alternatives, so hopefully this ends up being a net win for the genre.

I've enjoyed my time with Fallout 4. But that's with the caveat that I rather like the settlements stuff. If you have no interest in the building up towns thing I'd pass it up and buy New Vegas or 3 for much cheaper.

I don't understand this business of EVERY pre war company had some dirty secret going on. Like, when you enter the office of some prewar institution, it's like they all have to be dumping nuclear waste in the lake or selling weapons to criminals or something.
Not every business is some shady corrupt organisation. Well, unless secondclass is in charge of writing the lore now anyway.

I mainly keep subbed for when they do films I like. I never actually take them seriously because half the time they criticise something that gets explained either before if you pay attention or later on as part of the plot.
They're fun to watch though. Particularly the ones where they get NDT on. Stuff like The Martian, Interstellar and Gravity.

I got taken king edition recently after not playing since October '14. It's kinda fun now there's actual content rather than just... nothing.
The multiplayer is still shit, though.

Star Wars Battlefront. As far as I'm concerned the new installments don't exist.

Halo. 5 got me to go home and rethink my life and I realised I hadn't enjoyed 343's content as much as I'd convinced I had.

man of steel did such an excellent job with establishing the kryptonian backstory. the opening scene is so fantastic.
It's pretty cool. I just wish they'd have spent some more time in it, there's still a couple things I wanted to know about. Don't understand why everyone despises MoS, I'd say it's my favourite of the three current DCU films.

•Krypton's Golden Age is long over. They have been incapable and ill equipped for interstellar travel for some time, therefore Jor El had to improvise.
What caused this?
They consumed all of the planet's natural resources, and most of their colonies were doomed because they could no longer get support from Krypton and were not well enough established to sustain themselves.
That being said, there are more than likely many Kryptonian civilizations still out there, though they're likely no more advanced than mankind.
Huh, that makes sense. Were they unable to get resources from space, I assume? I'm probably trying to think too much about this.

Sins of the Prophets mod
mod This triggers the Verbatim.
Never was a big fan of RTS, but I played quite a bit of the Age of... series and Total War when I was younger. They're nothing too competitive usually, but still fun.
Well, that and the fact that it's a halo one

The creepy robot facial expressions of the first game give it charm, though.
I imagine they won't be changing animations or textures (Aside frm maybe the PC version's up-ressed versions), just the resolution and frame-rate. Plus, the old games required you to switch discs so removing that would be really cool. Honestly, I mainly just want this in the hopes they'll bundle all the DLC content in with it. I never played the trilogy's DLC so that stuff would be awesome.

No. The expense puts me off.
It's a shame because otherwise it looks really fun.
I wanna do tabletop RPGs at some point. I've done it over skype before but I think doing it with a group of friends would be a lot more fun.
Looking on eBay I found some amazing deals that made the hobby seem much more affordable. I got the $50 tactical marine squad for $22.
ehh that's still money I wouldn't want to spend on a game that more likely than not I'd play once and then never play again. that said, I do want to get figures at some point just so I can paint my own legions.

So why do they (the kryptonian leadership) banish Zod and co. when Krypton is about to explode? Why do they not use the spaceship to evacuate themselves?
Also related, why does Jor-El (In man of steel, anyway) talk about looking to the stars when the Kryptonians have spaceships and portals and shit? Do they have a phobia of space or something?
Rewatching Man of Steel right now, some stuff I've noticed.
Edit:Also, why were Zod and co. allowed to leave with full battle armour?

No more remakes and remasters please.
An all dlc supercut of mass effect for Xbone and Pisspoor would be great. Especially if they get properly optimised.
Or, y'know. They get their fingers out of their arses and start making consoles with backwards compatibility.
Watch as they fail at doing both.
MCC: 2017 edition when?
