You still gain experience from it if you are not at the max level.
No, but why would someone go to the effort of making a very hard lock to protect some .556 rounds? That always annoyed me...

Go into your profile >> Look and Layout preferences and put in your time offset. By default, the site is going to post in the central timezone (since that's where I am and I am the damn admin).

Do we have avatars yet? If so, can they be viewed on mobile?- I don't seem to be able to see them or change mine if thy are available.
At small screen sizes the avatars are discarded to give the post body plenty of room. While it would be nice to have avatars there as well, right now it's breaking the site and it's pretty low on the priority list.
It will be taken care of eventually, though. I mean...probably.
