I recommend a journal. I figured out what really pissed me off by recording and processing it on paper. It's some of the most cringeworthy stuff to go back over, though.
"Dear Jivary: The diary of Jive"
This is already a thread. Don't make it become a physical written thing......it'll blind the reader
His handwriting probably isn't that bad. Besides, sharing an account of why you hate everyone on the internet is just asking for ridicule.

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH LOOK AT THIS GUY
But he's right you know.
Spoiler Well, there are always shitty armor aesthetics, but I liked a lot of Reach's stuff.
I don't remember typing that >.>
You, my good sir, were quite inebriated.

WW is my favorite Zelda. A lot of people hated the sailing but I actually loved it.
Some people have no taste for adventure.
WW was my favorite in the series before I played MM. I still really like WW, but MM resonates with me more personally.
Haven't actually played MM, thinking of picking up 3d though.
As a Zelda title it's different in a lot of ways. There's still a central story, but there's more side-quests. There are still items, but there's a lot of masks which function to change gameplay and/or fulfill quest objectives. I like how the controls handle for all of the main masks, and it adds depth to gameplay more than other Zelda titles. A lot of people don't like the "3 days mechanic" but I think it adds a real sense of peril and incentive to both act upon and question the experience. One of my favorite things about it is the role the player embraces through storytelling (the beginning being one of my favorite game beginnings of all time). Instead of being preordained as the legendary hero, the player becomes that through their actions and perseverance in an openly bleak and dire situation. The game has very mature tones for being a children's game, additionally. I could write a long essay about why I like MM so much, but this illustrates a few things I really like about it.

You have these ammo types and these suits that protect you from this atmosphere. It feels like a different game.
This is my one big criticism of the game. In a series defined by exploration, restricting that feels very counter-intuitive. For any game with open spaces and a lot to explore, that's counter-intuitive. Being restricted from those places by capability-based boundaries like in Prime I is okay because you still have a large area to explore and running into these obstacles incites player curiosity, rather than herding them through a breadcrumb trail of small safezones. Moreover, the ammo system is really easy to exploit, and thus feels more like an obligatory chore than a restriction encouraging new styles of play. It feels almost like a player punishment than challenge. In the context of the Metroid series trying to take such a basic weapons capability from Samus strikes many players as odd and uncomfortable (but in my opinion not bad itself). Taking away agency players expect invariably alters their perception of new mechanics. I had a lot more to say about the ammo system in particular when I played the game, but nothing comes to mind right now. I actually have it at home on a friend's gamecube, so I might go back and illustrate my point more later.

And I just lost my appetite.
Thanks.

Now you just need to finish/play Super Mario World, and you will have finished my three favorite games of all time.
What's the other one besides that and Wind Waker?
Super Metroid. The holy trinity.
Yeah, all my favorite games are Nintendo. Fuck me, right?
Why SMW over SMB3?
Anyway OP you should play the other 3D games.
I confess to being a Metroid Prime fan. I really enjoy that game. I recently went back to Prime 2 and enjoyed it, maybe even more then the first in some ways. I haven't played Super Metroid though, unfortunately. But I've played Fusion...

i apologize for the grotesquely long update
i will continue with the tweet-length mini-updates from now on, if that is preferred
I don't mind. It's always interesting what people find interesting/engaging in open world games like this.

Kids are cute.
Nice profile pic, Alice is one of my favorite characters. I'd only consider adoption under specific circumstances, but in general I have better things to do than raising children and being responsible for their lives. The responsibility of raising children is something I'm not sure enough parents and will-be parents consider enough.

Or If he wants to be pet, he just has to step on my face and meow at it when I'm sleeping.
If you taught him this one... why? I can't sleep well with pets in my room. If they lay on my legs I'm too lazy to move them and they wake me up frequently.

man I love traps
Is that scooby doo?
I think Daphne's trying to tell us something...
(nah that was Fred's magazine, he's obsessed with traps)
And so my fantasies of Traphne come to a premature climax

This shit killed anime for me
As much as I love Mika Kobayashi, I can't understand 70% of her lyrics. And that rapper just ruined this song for me.

you know what'd be more amazing
actually performing the action that you're just pressing one button for
I guess I just can't think of a way it could be used "properly".
Say it's used in a turn-based combat game to try giving it a sense of more immediacy and action. Does it have cinematic value?

furry vagina mouths ftw
and fuck halo 4 armor
I liked the H3 elite combat helmet, with ascetic shoulders. All chestplates r good
For me it was all about the commando stuff. I still like the aesthetic of the helmet.

there were a very small amount. H3 had a small selection but everything was good
Oh, I thought we were referring to Halo 4. I did also like a lot of 3's stuff (but mostly for the elite armors). God I miss the era where elites didn't have furry vagina-mouths.
