The Flood / Re: Dragons
« on: November 03, 2015, 07:18:40 PM »
Pretty cool
Red dragons (D&D aesthetic)
Maleficent
Glaedr
Firedrake
Kalameet
Go Tiamat or go home
Progenitus

On my no list
I don't like many cartoon/silly dragons and I never really have. As a kid I liked the more realistic looking ones.
Anything from Dragontales

Mmmmm... See I'd like to, but the only way out of it is through it unfortunately.
I like having good attendance... Kind of.

I'm pretty ambivalent to it and I don't identify with it, so just meh overall.
I have a lot of names for myself.

hmph. going to college to buy a career now are you? how disappointing.
The point of college is to get a career though
the point of college is to learn. to study things that interest you and will stimulate your creativity and intellect.
In theory...

I'd probably die.

I'm usually imagining things for my stories and battles occurring. I'd either be electrocuted by lightning, swept up in tornadoes, or vaporized by literal solar beams. But if I wasn't caught in the cross fire between my protagonists I'd get to witness some large battles. That would be nice. Actually, my city would probably be destroyed.

There would also be a group of 1-9 people/things with me most of the time.

There would also be a lot of diagrams, scenes, and music randomly generated.

And why?

Spoiler
30 and because after I played Skyrim for around a month of my life I realized I should probably spend it achieving things.
It's now my landmark for this site too.

Sounds kind of dangerous tbh.

I think it's pretty cool that you didn't  impress sex on her.

Sausage and eggs
I'm a vegetarian.
Do you have kale?
Eggplant?
I don't.
Never tried eggplant actually.
I think it's really good.

Do you have carrots and potatoes?
Wait, wait I'm doing this wrong, what do you have?
yea I've got carrots and potatoes.
Fridge is pretty empty ATM. I got some tomatoes, lemons, apples, oranges, spinach, onions and a couple other things.
My vote goes to "Hobbit food." Basically just a stir-dry of vegetables and herbs.
Actually I might make some after my nap.

Wait a minute... What the hell is 100?

There's a fly sitting right there.

^

On that part of the screen.

It's just sitting there. It's been there for like five minutes and it hasn't moved.
Huh...?

On my computer screen. I was going to say something else and then I noticed it just sitting there. Still there.
Show it the wrath of a vengeful God.

It's just sitting there though. Hasn't moved an inch. I've never seen one stay in one place for so long before.

And never thought about how jittery flies normally are either.
That just means it's ready for divine punishment. It's currently praying for salvation in the afterlife.
Spoiler
I usually let them chill out, unless I'm trying to concentrate on something. Then they go outside.

My posture is fine but I have noticed some aches and pains in my back and neck from all the time I spend at a desk. I probably spend well over 10 hours a day sitting at a desk, either at the college or at home.

Tell me, was it worth it?
show- kinda

manga- yea def
I thought the show was alright for the most part, but went full fuckazoid at the end.

The manga's still ongoing and I'm reading it, and enjoying it. This is more than I can say of either FT or AoT, though AoT's been getting better since the end of that filler arc.
it felt really rushed. i liked the ending they picked for tatsumi and esdeath but most of the other stuff seemed like they didnt think it through very much.
Spoiler
Was there some reason I missed for why Leone didn't like... Seek treatment after the battle? That was one of the things that really bothered me.
People who are literally dying and do nothing to help themselves despite having the ability to do so get no sympathy from me.

On-going?

New characters?
Sadly no :(
Just getting picked off one by one. But it's different than in the show (thank god).

I can see why humans didn't domesticate them.

seems everyone these days has back problems, which I guess is a result of the spike in sedentary activity

I find it impossible to sit with a proper posture, I try for a few minutes, but I slip back into my habits. I should really start sitting properly because some days I can't walk right.
This is one reason I've been more interested in physical activity lately and finding ways to work whilst standing, or reading on my commutes.
I've also had this problem historically, but for the last few days it's been much easier and I don't really know why.

Do you carry around heavy bags?

We're only starting to catch on just how important physical activity it is because work was generally hard labour until fairly recently.

I actively try to avoid heavy lifting when I can, actually. You see, I was overweight - I think that, coupled with sedentary activity, poor posture and great height did a number on my spine. I'm not looking forward to my later years.
I always carried around heavy bags and instruments, was mostly sedentary, and had poor posture (still do) and whenever I sat straight for like 5 or 10 minutes the muscles that ached from carrying acted up. Recently I've stopped carrying heavy things so I think that might be why it's easier for me to sit straight longer.

Looks like I'll have to plan future night hikes with these in mind.
Coyotes aren't that bad to deal with usually.
It also helps when you have the ability to demon screech.
