Serious / Re: What is your opinion on Anonymous?« on: January 11, 2015, 09:51:07 PM »Ironically, one could argue this is precisely what gives Anonymous its identity. To retain anonymity is to be nebulous and unpredictable in a sense, because unpredictability makes your actions less transparent and lends to staying unidentified. How actions are carried out is one of the best ways to ascertain motive, pattern, and method; their fractious quality directly lends to being unidentifiable (in addition to operating over the Internet). The group is comprised of people with no hierarchy, because the people in Anonymous specifically don't need organization except when circumstance calls for it. It's more about individuals than the group, i think. They let the inspiration hit them and they take it somewhere, then fade into obscurity like a transient breeze. They're the antihero vigilantes of the internet. The main issue I see is: they aren't consistent. It's a not-so-connected group from what I understand. There isn't one solid group or ideal. 3310

Serious / Re: What is your opinion on Anonymous?« on: January 11, 2015, 09:30:14 PM »The main issue I see is: they aren't consistent.True... I'd have to say from personal experience that organizing people in a consistent fashion on the Internet is difficult. I can understand why they're not more consistent. They're also doing work that at times can be incriminating. 3312

Past or present tense?First person, present tense mostly. Edit: I expected a different format for this whole thing. For sections where I'm not directly engaged I think it'll mostly be third person, present tense. 3320
Gaming / Re: You think the next Elder Scrolls is going to have depth for it's sword play?« on: January 11, 2015, 08:41:41 PM »Oh... yeah actually.I'd like to see more damage effects on localized areas of the body and have that change enemy behavior, like limping or inability to use arms for striking.So...like Fallout? I'd like to be more mobile in combat as well, rolls, backsteps... Yeah make it a little more like Dark Souls is where I'd be going with this. Also to answer the topic title, they'll probably modify it like they did from Oblivion to Skyrim, just enough so that we'll be complaining about it a few years later. 3325
