Both are bad equally really.

I'm aware of something similar to this. I don't say "I love you" to anyone and in general I don't really have strong emotional attachment to anyone. I don't want to sound presumptuous, but I'm aware my situation has factors originating from childhood. You might have experiences that conditioned you to shut people out. Personally, I don't have an issue with it. I plan on living a solitary existence anyway. I also don't have conventional views on the importance of family.
In my "love life" it's "worse." When I do start feeling affections for others I immediately shoot those sentiments down and distance myself from them until they dissipate. I don't desire a family of my own.

Father's are supposed to be role models, right? I didn't really get that as a kid, mine was essentially a manipulative, womanizing, intimidating prick. What he did to his children was deplorable. There was also an LA teacher (hailed as one of the best in my school at the time) I thought was going to inspire me to pursue education expansively. Nope, just pretentious and uncaring. At least I learned that I have to pursue the education I need independently. There's loads of other let downs, but these two came to mind immediately.

Wait, so the last part of a user title is based on post count, right? Is the front based on commendation?

Wait, I'm supposed to be helping...
Fukin Totoro. Bitches love Totoro.
Proper application of Totoro could probably cure cancer.
honstly replacing public transportation with cat bus would really help the environment
See, these are the kind of progressive ideas politics simply skip over. It's shameful, really.

I've dreampt about having a girlfriend who turns out to be an automaton programmed by my friends. The time I spend with her each time is an ideal affectionate situation, and it's perfectly dashed each time. Wait, I'm supposed to be helping...
