You literally can't beat him because of the level jump. You need a level 31.
Is he just a really big Knight? Or does he actually have different attacks?
Spoiler He's a badass looking knight but the fight is hard as fuck. At least, the strategy we used to get him to half health, our most successful, was tough. It requires perfect execution multiple times.
Crota himself doesn't do much. He has a "talk to the hand" attack where he lifts his hand and fires giant arc blasts. He also sprints down a path at you, like full force sprints and wacks you in the face. But there are multiple places you can stand and not worry about him.
If anyone dies he summons an "oversoul" that kills everyone if you don't destroy this giant green sun.
You have to battle ogres and beefy sword knights because picking up their swords and attacking crota is the only way to damage him. But only one person has the sword, the rest shoot him to drop his shields.

looking at the list of mods, I think Mr.P is the closest in that his sleep cycle is just that fucked up that it would nearly copy my own.
Our other #FREEDOMland mods are all #worstcoast and we've got nobody repping the BEASTern seaboard.

So I've been posting on B.net for awhile and I have finally decided to start posting over here too.
So you do guys have any advice for me before I start posting a lot?
The Flood isn't technically like the old flood forum. It's more laid back. Visit the gaming and serious boards for more specific topics. They have really cool stuff, and some users don't even leave those boards (for the most part). Posting only in the flood can be intimidating at first since this site has a close community. Don't let the occasional jerk ruin the site for you. People think it's funny to mock this place and try to test our tempter. Sometimes things get out of hand but it always bounces back even better. Most of the idiots who mock this place actually post every now and then, which is funny. All mod issues will be and have been resolved with reason. Enjoy your stay.
