i liked all the matrix movies, but i watched them as a parody of japanese fighting movies, so does that still count?

These include his failure to deal with Syria's civil war, ISIS, Russia's aggressions toward the Ukraine, the Benghazi incident, and the NSA spying scandal. By the end of his term Obama could be on the same level as Truman when it comes to foreign policy.
I never quite understood most of the complaints about Obama's foreign policy: 1) Bush's invasion of Iraq was one of the catalysts for the formation of ISIS. 2) What exactly did the Obama administration do wrong in handling Benghazi? Before you answer, take note of these facts. Secondly, what about the various embassy attacks that occurred during any other presidency? 3) This is more of a nitpick, because the point still stands otherwise: NSA spying started under Bush, but I don't see any mention of that. EDIT: Changed my mind.
