Did you even watch the video? Pay attention to how the snopes article deliberately ignores almost all of it. It's 20 minute and snopes can only point out three, and yet it claims it's somehow debunked the entire thing.
Hell did you even read the article? It's almost entirely about /pol/ and not the content of the video.
It's a Snopes article, not a scientific report. Debunking most of a 20-minute video of bullshit would take more time than the director probably put into it. More importantly, the video should make the effort to prove that its claims are true, not the other way around.

Blatantly so. The video in question is twenty minutes long yet the debunking mentions almost nothing of it, and instead focuses on trying to discredit anyone that doesn't want Europe to be flooded with non-Europeans.

There was a clear agenda behind the "With Gates Wide Open" video. While some real footage of Muslim refugees is used, several deceptive practices were employed in the editing of the film. For instance, many of the individual shots used in the film appear on screen for only a few brief moments, which makes it difficult to determine the contexts of those scenes.
Take the clip shown at the 7:43 mark, for example. The audio comes from a man talking about how he is afraid to walk down the street due to the growing refugee population, while the visual shows someone being attacked. In the context of the video it is reasonable to assume that the man is being attacked by refugees, but that is not the case. Instead of showing refugees attacking an innocent civilian, the clip actually shows two Slovakian migrant workers who were attacked by leftist activist in Stockholm:  Similarly, a clip at the 7:51 mark that is played as the narrator talks about "crime skyrocketing" has nothing to do with refugees. The clip comes from a 2013 incident in which soccer fans rioted following Paris Saint-Germain's first French league title in 19 years.
The video also uses previously debunked footage purportedly showing Muslims on a train in Germany in 2015. That piece of footage actually came from France and was first uploaded to YouTube in 2010, before the current Syrian refugee crisis began:
The "With Gates Wide Open" video features glimpses of violence in cities across the world. While the video is edited to make it seem as though all of the incidents involve refugees in Europe, that is simply not the case.

17th amendment needs to be updated to prevent lobbying of Senators and to impose term limits.
As I understand, the states' contributions to the union includes congresspeople. I don't think the federal government really has any business (for the most part) in telling the states whom they can or cannot send to Congress. Yeah yeah, states' rights and all that crap, but I believe it's up to the states to make that decision. In regards to lobbying, it gets a bad rap, but most people don't really understand what it is or how it works. The NRA giving money to congresspeople to vote against gun control bills is lobbying. Jon Stewart going office-to-office (without spending a penny, mind you) to shame politicians into permanently renewing the Zadroga Act is lobbying. It's an extension of free speech, and a very important part of democracy.

but muh moral superiority through social programs TBH it was always the black kids having fights and screaming at teachers and otherwise making scenes in the hallway during class hours, with the occasional white trash person associating with those types. Every grade would have 'those' kids. Would have been nice to have voluntary education, because they all hated school anyway, and wouldn't have shown up unless they had to. They all had this victimization complex that all white people are inherently racist, and that it was an act of racism any time a black person got booted off the entirely incompetent board of education. There was at least one school principle, as nice as they were, given their position not based on their competency *cough* Speaking of middle school, this is another not-really disgusting story, but whatever: There was this athletic white kid in orchestra who was mostly a douche to kids like me. I guess I got somewhat of a pass being first-chair and covering for his sorry ass. Anyway, a new student (guess what color) of a similar build comes to the school. Spends his first few days making a name for himself, in particular talking shit to this white kid. It came to a boiling point during PE. (Mostly, PE was just shooting hoops, so kids could just sit on the bleachers and nobody gave a shit.) Soon after that last period they got physical. Whitey got BTFO'd and knocked to the ground, and colored new kid and an otherwise random black kid (much darker) kick whitey while he's down. They left him with a chipped tooth and bruised face. Last I saw that day was him being shoved into the main office by a friend. I was always a bit torn by it, because on the one hand he got what was coming for him. But on the other hand I was a bit bothered by the seeming injustice of it--especially in this part of the state, it's a guarantee that the schools don't punish bullying like they should, and plenty of staff actually encourage it, so no kid ever gets their due except from another student. Whitey was knocked down a peg, at least. Didn't talk half as much shit after that.
