I prefer CDs for having a physical copy and for higher quality audio, but that's about it. I'll have a CD, rip the songs, and never use it again.
Digital is waaaaaayy better, for availability and ease of use. I'm still not a fan of pirating, but I've warmed up to it slightly, since I realized it's often too much of a hassle to get legal music from other countries. I think that says something about the incompetency of the music industry.

The main series Pokemon games have been good but they've become a bit casual in the most recent generation.
Monster Hunter 3 & 4 are great but there's quite a learning curve.
