Framerate has nothing to do with anything. I dare you to find a game with better animations than those.
FPS has plenty to do with everything. It affects gameplay as well as visuals.
TLOU RM at 60fps >>> than TLOU at 30fps. Better specs is always a good thing.
I'll still buy the game at 30fps, but you're out of your mind if you wouldn't prefer 60fps.
Of course I would like a game at 60 fps, but animations at such a high quality must take up a significant amount of processing power. These are perhaps the best real-time animations I've ever seen in a video game. They're humongously good. Would I want nerfed graphics or last-gen animations just for a higher framerate? No. If Naughty Dog can do it, they shouldn't hold themselves back. I mean, I guess I'm a bit biased in that I prefer insane graphics over a framerate. Years of so-so framerates in intensive games like Crysis maxed out have made me accept lower framerates in exchange for eye candy >.>

If you purchase a copy of a game you own the license to it. Copyright is a bitch so it is a gray zone in some aspects and a lot of the time you also have to own the original hardware to it to have those rights as well.
That is completely false. Emulation is almost always illegal, regardless of whether or not you already own the game. Even if you do own a copy, you have the right to use only that copy.If you knew even the first thing about computers, you'd know that most of them have HDMI ports these days (or another form of source -> output). The games I do like are at least fun to play and don't have you shooting at things in the first person, because that's the most done-to-death genre ever and I want to fucking destroy it. Anyway:
Pokémon. Zelda. Ratchet & Clank. Street Fighter. LittleBigPlanet. Crystalis. Ehrgeiz. Jade Cocoon. Old-school Castlevania. Super Smash Bros. Fuck, even shit like Guitar Hero, old school Sonic, and Yu-Gi-Oh!: Duelist of the Roses. Fucking Spider-Man 2.
Can't play any of that shit on PC, unless you pirate, which I'm completely against.
All of those games are pointless and stupid.
And can be emulated.
LittleBigPlanet? Nope. Good luck with that, unless it's like... the PSP version.

I have 351 as of right now on the 3DS version. Wii U version, just over 100 because I've been doing most of the work and my brother refuses to do anything other than play as Mario against Lvl. 9 CPUs.
After playing the 3DS version for a considerable amount of time, the Wii U version just feels like starting over. At least the All-Star mode trophies are different.
How is he doing against those lvl 9s?
He calls it training to get better >.> It must be worth it, or he must be playing A LOT, because he's actually better than he used to be. I only have one character I can beat him with now ;_;
