It doesn't quite fit into any other genre. That's due to its uniqueness. At most I would classify it as a brawler. That seems fair to me. Though I would argue that "brawler" is a subcategory of the fighting genre. I guess the connotation is more of what I disagree with than the actual word. The "brawler" genre has this stigma of being nothing but mindless button mashing.

Keep in mind, "not a fighting game" =/= "not as competitive as a fighting game."
Smash is easily as, if not more, competitive than your average fighting game. Melee, anyway...

Who said I was TRYING to trigger? It isn't a fighting game simple as that. So what would you define it as, then? Out of curiosity.

Spoiler Smash isn't a fighting game

It's barely even a fighting game like Smash. Okay, minor thing here, but is this supposed to be "It's barely even a fight game, like Smash." meaning that Smash isn't a fighting game, or "It's barely even a fighting game like Smash." comparing this Pokken to an actual fighting game (Smash). Sorry for the confusion, I'm just not sure if I'm supposed to be ass-blasted or getting ready to circle-jerk.

Did you get it on Ebay too? I got the original Xbox version because its backwards compatible on the 360. Just like Spider-Man 2. Nah, Amazon. But I bought Crash: Twinsanity for the original Xbox because of its backwards compatibility. I try to avoid buying games for the original Xbox because I don't actually have one, and I'm not sure what does and doesn't play on the 360. I remember buying a Star Wars game for my brother and he couldn't play it on his 360. I know there's a list out there somewhere of compatible games but I'm just too lazy to bother with it.

What a coincidence, I just got Ultimate Spider-man for my Gamecube last week. Though I won't be starting it until I finish Wind Waker.

Jackie Brown The Godfather: Part 2 The Wolf of Wallstreet American History X Gone Girl
Edit: Empire Strikes Back is a really close 6th.
I haven't seen Gone Girl, so I'm not sure about that one. Apart from that, it's a mixed bag. You got some good with some really bad. I'm gonna put you in the quasi-pleb category just to be safe.
yay i came to my terms with my quasi-pleb self long ago

Jackie Brown is great
Yeah, it's awesome. I think it's the most solid movie Tarantino has ever directed.

Hypothetically yes, if the censorship made the work objectively better, it should be done. Why would you not want your art to be the best it can be?
The problem arises when you try to do this in reality, because not everyone agrees on what is "better." Your hypothetical that "IF censorship OBJECTIVELY makes the game better, it should be done" is nice in theory, but can't really be applied.
And also, though I don't know if this needs to be said, I think people are crying about censorship because of the precedent something like this sets. Something as harmless as rubbing someone else's face, as weird as it is, being censored probably doesn't bode well for more serious things in the future.

Elaborate. The suit they designed is both interesting from a gameplay perspective (Armour mode and cloak mode), and an artistic perspective. Crysis 2 touched REALLY pushed this idea forward for me, because despite the game being a bit of a chore to play through, it did feature some interesting bits that made me think this series could go somewhere. The fact that Prophet's mind took over Aclatraz's after committing suicide via the nanosuit's technology is just a cool idea and the way it was handled was really impressive.

My name isn't Bob.
All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
Are you trying to tell me Jabba the Hutt isn't real?

Crysis, to me, has always been a painfully mediocre franchise. Painfully because, artistically, it has so much potential.

So tired of hearing my retarded classmates go on and on about how Jar Jar Binks is actually a Sith Lord or something. Are you trying to imply he wasn't the mastermind of the entire saga, pulling the strings and manipulating one of the strongest Sith lords in existence without him even knowing?

You look like Jesus Lol...?
Based on what?
Your avatar
The first thing I thought of was Jesus Christ
Oh, true. Lol Maybe that's what I would do with my clone. Roll the dice to see who gets the kill themselves, and the loser has to go in hiding for three days after the highly-publicised suicide only to reemmerge as the one true God.

Probably just play Smash a lot.
Or we'd roll a dice to find out which one of us gets to be Liquid and the other Solid.

It violates consent.

You guys are making fun of the people who at least tried to help while providing no answers or suggestions of your own. Whatever makes you feel better about yourselves, I guess.

wait, isn't this the same guy who's getting a 3TB rig just for Wii emulation?
why the frig do you need the cloud?
If you had read the thread, I said multiple times that I have a 2TB HDD already and it's almost full. Which explains the need for something more. And I've also said that I use the OneDrive for files I take back and forth from my PC to my laptop.

I didn't even try to speak for you. You can't deny a total opposition to animal testing is the majority position, or that most people see such a position as irrational. I wasn't being serious anyway. Which are utterly uninteresting, morally. Which is why I didn't include them. I just think it's pretty much a cut-and-dry argument, whether human testing is permissible or not. It isn't. And I don't see a way to justify it other than following the same train of thought that comes from animal testing, but I don't find that permissable either.
