something like when a user draws the card it's actually a negative to them. Or it could just be a normal Incident where the effect happens to the other team.

You're pretty good. But not that good. All (maybe just one at random) member cards on the field are instantly banned for posting spoilers.
And I could have a modified ability where if the "Spoiler Alert" card is in play, all my attacks do double damage but you have to flip a coin to see if it hits or something.
I think it'd be funny for you to know I was listening to Nuclear when that idea was created.
Add this to my card: "Special ability: Gone Nuclear. When the "Spoiler Alert" card is in play, flip a coin when this user attacks. If heads, user deals 50% more damage. If tails, nothing happens."

Well I was forced to watch a bit of that show Suits today and that was just bleh, but I can see why people would like it. Others have said Arrow, The Flash, or Gotham but I understand why people like those shows, too.
The Big Bang Theory is another one... umm...

But rarely do you ever face a good Peach player if you're not playing in tournaments.
