Freeza is so cool tho

"This could be most... salubrious for me."

Still not as cool as Cell.

Dude's a str8 balla.

Freeza was always my favourite. Never liked Cell's design, personally. Plus Freeza always felt more classy and intimidating.

The Flood / Re: Is Daario really Euron Greyjoy?
« on: February 03, 2016, 09:30:36 PM »
If the original actor for Daario was the canon look of him I could see it happening.

The new Daario is too tan to be a Greyjoy.

Just make up new stories for existing regions. Take us back to Sinnoh when?

Love to see something on the NX/Wii U.

Battle of Gods. I really enjoyed the original SSJG form, too.

The dynamic between Freeza, Goku and Vegeta is spot-on in Resurection, though. Feels like they haven't skipped a beat in the last 20 years or so.

I didn't like infamous 1 or 2, but Second Son is a good time if that's all you're looking for.

Uncharted 1 isn't too great but 2? That game was great.

Damn, I mean, I miss Uncharted 2 from time to time myself.

I just don't see how. I mean, it was obviously an improvement from UC1 but only marginally. It feels like everyone knows this secret about the game that I missed, because I seem to be one of the only people who sees through this franchise's smokescreen. It's literally shooting gallery > puzzle/platforming > shooting gallery. The characters were somewhat interesting but not enough to warrant me saying the game is "good". Though, I genuinely laughed at some of the dialogue in UC2.

The gameplay wouldn't be a problem for me though if the stories weren't so uninspired. I compare it to TLOU, which I really, really enjoyed. In TLOU you have roughly the same sort of gameplay that's in Uncharted, however, the game has a HEAVY emphasis on a thematic story that ultimately leaves you the perfect levels of satisfaction. Every moment in that game is just pure cinematic genius, "playable movie" or not. You'd think that this emphasis on story would hinder the gameplay though, right? Nope. TLOU has even better gameplay than Uncharted, ESPECIALLY on harder difficulties. In Uncharted, your bullets are limited, your health is low, and your enemies are bullet sponges. Yay. Whereas in TLOU, the harder difficulties emphasises resource management, stealth, and accuracy for headshots.

At this point I'm gushing but that's sort of how I feel. I've been a huge Naughty Dog fan since Crash Bandicoot 2, and the Jak games are some of my favourite of all time. But Uncharted to me just felt so... meh in comparison. Sorry, guys. :(

OH YEAH.

The first 2 Uncharted games were a chore to play through. I only did it for the sake of review a few years back. So bad I didn't even finish the third.

I have never enjoyed a Bethesda game so I can't say I'm excited, but I'm sure those of you not like me are glad to hear this.

People who try to weasel their way around the rules to justify doing something brash are my least favourite kind of person. Not saying that's what you did, but your post reeks of the "DID NOTHING WRONG" attitude.

I was about 7 or 8 at the time. I shared a room with my younger brother. I got up in the middle of the night, like I always have, and couldn't go back to sleep. I rolled around in my bed for a good hour and a half. I started to day dream. Suddenly, I saw a white circular image floating on my left. I rolled to look at it and saw the flying face of my deceased great-grandfather floating in front of me.

I hid under the covers until I passed out. I found out later that day that it was my grandfather's birthday, which made the event ever more scary.

But it turns out, my dumbass brother was trying to prank me by taking a picture of my grandfather and waving it in front of my face at 4 in the morning. I don't know how I didn't noticed his arms or the noises he was making but he said he almost died from holding in his laughter.

You should make this card work with Gatsby's/Spoiler Alert in some way.

I'll probably watch a movie with the girlfriend that night.

Can anyone recommend a good girlfriend?

For game threads we've got Smash and Dark Souls, what else is popular? Halo obviously, but I'm not sure if I should leave it at that.
IIRC the MGSV thread had the most replies on the site.

You're damn right it does.

There aren't enough resources in the world for everyone to live the same as middle class Americans.

In what sense? What do you mean by "resources"?

9749
Nah, not a big fan of Football. Or parties.
