Oh shit there's actually a set that's near identicle to nights watch armor that isn't too far into the game. Pretty much if you see an enemy with dope ass armor killing them will either A) have a chance to drop a piece of the set or B) open up the set in the shop.

Yeah, I will. Also I'll be vague enough with my hints as not to outright tell you how to acquire the items. So you'll still get the satisfaction of finding them yourself.
Just gonna let you know now, it'll probably take a while to get these specific armour sets.
i'm okay with that given there's some other cool looking armor along the way. my brother is 2 bosses ahead of me and he has this cool looking cloak thing. kinda reminds me of link from the new legend of zelda game in the first trailer.

Except she's right. except she isn't, because she said the bonfires were a necessary evil, unlike what you're saying. linear game design and fast travel makes the game easier, making the amount of bonfires present in DS3 unnecessary. she's just trying to get in as many jabs at DS3 as she can to look enlightened or some shit. i haven't played the other games and i don't like dark souls enough to be a fanboy. luciana's just annoying with her parroted elitism and tbh i'm already predisposed to disliking her, so when she comes in and shits up my thread with irrelevant opinions i react more vituperatively than is called for.

I personally felt there were too MANY bonfires in DS3. Not as bad as 2 maybe, but still there. I guess that's the necessary evil when fast travel and more linear level design is a thing.
linear game design and fast travel would make bonfires an unnecessary evil but that's cool keep parading yourself as some esteemed scholar on game quality.

Also from the bottom of the elevator you can step on it to send it up and then Jump off quickly. That way it will be at the top waiting for you when you inevitably die again

So I just spent 2 hours getting fucked at High Wall of Lothric. The final boss isn't even that hard, I just have to get used to the input lag on my tv to time shit better. What gets me every time is the stupid knights.
Luckily i found an elavator so i can just skip most of the ads, but still. This game is worse than jak 2 when it comes to checkpoints. Im going to see if switching to my fast monitor will make any difference.

Correct. I also don't necessarily care what's true, I care about what works.
This is very ironic because truth works most effectively regarding the absolution of sins and freedom from suffering, ergo to care about what works would logically mean to care about truth.
Only in so far that the truth has benefits. The true nature of the universe has no value, because everything is meaningless and shitty. All that serves is to make people depressed and apathetic. Placebo's are much more effective.
