What verb said, + there's an animation for consuming souls that you don't have to watch.

what helmet is that?
drakeblood helm, gloves, and boots I think

You know the chest

Huh

I wouldnt have guessed drakeblood because of the white

And those are the shadow boots actually

Trying to decide between starting DS2 or Bloodborne today.

Id say dark souls as it'll be easier to just play that and then adjust to bloodborne later as opposed to adjusting to bloodborne and then having to get back into dark souls mode later

gotcha

i'll hit up gamestop tomorrow. if they have demon souls and dark souls for ps3 i'll probably get those instead. can't imagine they're too expensive these days

Anyone feel like helping a man out with some of the Covenant items in DS3 for PS4?
you might have already been told this (maybe even by me) but certain enemies drop each covenant item so some of the retarded ones like blue sentenial and mound makers can be farmed off enemies

Yeah but the drop rates are just ass

I spent the norning trying to get darkmoon things from the silver knights but i didnt get a single drop

I forgot how worthless magic was in dark souls 3 until I reread this thread

I use the "X blade" to apply magic to my right hand weapon and it works pretty good...

Lightning and flame are the best so far
that's good because theres really no downside to it. I was more talking about Mage/spellsword characters who used magic exclusively or heavily

Dark souls 2 magic was pure easy mode so I guess they gutted it

Oh true

Ill stay clear of magic in ds2 anyway. Melee is always my fav way to go

Just sounds like you found yourself a nice girl who has a nice family. Doesn't necessarily mean you need to convert to her faith, nor is the faith the underlying cause of their pleasantness.

But Islam is a major part of my woman's life. She says it has been a driving factor of who she is as a person. I'D like to emulate that from my own future family.
Dude, do what you want, it's your life. All I'm saying is converting to a major faith is a dumbfuck thing to do for a girl who's probably going to dump your ass in a couple months anyway.

#thotpatrol

What the fuck? She's not going to dump me. The fuck is your problem. I'm probebly going to marry this woman
You've only been with her for 3 months and already talking about marriage?

Sounds like a doomed thing to begin with.

3 months is plenty of time...
To decide if you want to get married? Lol, not it's not. You're still arguably in your honeymoon phase during that time. Like Verb said, a year at minimum is a good indicator.

To decide? Yes, it's too early based on love. OP is thinking about marriage. It takes two to decide.

Even then, some people are more rational when it comes to marriage. Sometimes there isn't even a honeymoom phase, you just acknowledge that this other person is a good fit for the life you want to have. A friend of mine's parents got married after 4 months -- not because they were in love, but because it was a good fit.

Marrying for love is stupid because love fades. And you learn compassion for someone you spend every day with, so in the end all that really matters is whether or not you can go the distance with this person, which can be learned in a week or in a year or in a decade. No one can or should say.

If you haven't both suffered together, you shouldn't get married.

Any two people can have good times and have sex. It's supporting each ther through rough times that matters.

Agreed

Like im not saying you should get married after 3 months but its definitely not stupid to start thinking about it if youre feeling it with the right person

Serious / Re: Considering a religious conversion

nope

year, MINIMUM

three years recommended

There is no magic secret to how long you need to be with someone to have a successful marriage

All i know is that its not dependent on how long youre with them beforehand

I know people who started thinking about marriage 2 months in and theyve been happily together for years. And i know people who were with each other for 6 years before getting married and then they divorced two years later. There are people on the opposite side, too.

If youre committed enough things work out. Its always the kind of people that grt married that makes the difference.
