Dude if i dont have enough sleep i dont even hear my alarms
Im like in hibernation
I've been known to sleep through my alarms on occasion, setting 4 just increases the chances of it going off during a shallow part of your sleep cycle
Thats pretty smart tbh Maybe ill try that

Cant get up in the morning man
usually only takes a couple of days for me to get back on track
I've found setting 4 alarms at 15 minute intervals to help with morning wake ups. But this probably varies from person to person tbh
As long as it works famalam

In my experience with bad sleep patterns these last 3 years, it's much better to force yourself to go to sleep after being awake a short amount of time than to try and stay awake for a long time. It's hard to do but it worked best/fastest for me when I tried to reverse my sleep patterns. If you can force yourself to eat 3 meals per day at the same time as normies, and stay away from Phone/Computer/TV light 2 hours before you want to get to bed it helps tremendously tbh
Your body needs rest; those periods of extreme fatigue where you're trying to stay awake past your normal sleeping pattern is your body trying to take a rest for itself. Your sleeping pattern won't have adjusted in that time and you'll still find yourself restless trying to get to sleep after fighting fatigue all day.

Why are you sleeping during the day?
No reason to get up in the morning lead to me sleeping in Insomnia makes it hard to sleep at night and considering i had slept in that day i wasnt tired enough to fall asleep at a reasonable time, making me stay up later and making me sleep in more the next day Basically its a vicious cycle that pushes my sleeping patterns to their extremes

drink a bunch of coffee and immediately take a power nap (set an alarm for 20-30 minutes or something) and when you wake up the caffeine will be kicking in
if i take a nap there's no way i'm waking up

i have a friend coming over for the day on thursday and i've mostly been going to bed at around 10AM and waking up at 8PM so if i want to enjoy my time with my friend i'd like to switch those numbers around.
anybody got any tips or things i could do to keep busy for that time? i've tried staying awake watching movies and stuff but i just pass out on the couch or something.

The Empire Strikes Back
really? is this your favourite movie of all time, or do you genuinely think it's the greatest film ever created, objectively?

are you really in love
or are you exaggerating
Just exaggerating mostly
Only one girl I've ever truly loved TBH
But I feel every one of my emotions very intensely. It's honestly exhausting but I also like it.
At the moment it really does feel like love and I become temporarily obsessed
so, infatuation ahh, but isn't that feeling the best and the worst at the same time? i've always said that one of the most depressing thing in this world is pretty girls you pass by while driving. the knowledge that you'll never even get the chance to be with 'em... ugh, lol i hate it

but i think it means something like "what's your problem"
we have a winner
very means interesting/unheard of; "how very" is pleasant surprise in a conversation
That's not nearly as cool as the other one

You're correct, it means what's your problem.
nice that's actually kind of cool

in what context would you use "how very" and "what's your damage"?
No idea about the first one, but I've heard 'damage' be used in the context of a pricey purchase before
yeah that's what i was thinking, but that's "what's the damage" "what your damage" kinda reminded me of "what's your poison", which is asking what someone's preferred drink is but i think it means something like "what's your problem"

so people don't just do it willnilly whenever they want
Yes because I couldn't figure THAT out. No, I mean why is it 10 fucking dollars? $2-$5 would be enough to stop most idiots from changing their names whenever but $10 basically halts it alltogether.
because more money ideally it should cost like a dollar to do and ideally online play should be free but it's not like that

If the leaks are true the water-type starter is my choice. I always thought he looked the best, anyways.
Ice forms of Ninetales and Sandslash look dope, I hope it makes them viable.
With that weakness to Sneaky Pebbles and 4x weakness to Bullet Punch it'll probably be RU at best.
i don't care for competitive battling, so i don't mind i mean viable offline. so many pokemon just suck ass but look cool, like beedrill and Sandslash.
