I usually just buy the chobani Greek yogurts with fruit but I just made a Greek yogurt smoothie for desert actually

Frozen banana

Coconut milk
Wheat germ

Usually I use almond milk but I already had coconut milk from the curry so I went for it

A small amount of make-up CAN be pretty and it makes girls feel more confident which is good especially for young girls.

makeup makes a girl prettier, that's not really what this is about

and i would argue that girls having self-esteem issues from a young age and needing makeup to cope with it is a bigger problem altogether
