You say you'd rather listen to Cha La Head Cha like it's a bad thing, though... :(

It's a good song, but tell me it's better than any of these:

Y'know I can definetely agree with you on the first three, and I was expecting the last two to be good but

Rock the Dragon and the GT rap?

...

Nigga u srs.

Yeah, they're classics. I was so bummed out when I found out the Blu Rays for GT didn't have the rap.

Goddamn you're serious

The American soundtrack for GT was my least favorite thing about watching that show...

They had the same soundtrack, no?

I only remember the american soundtrack, and it was pretty solid. Same guy who did the Broly and Janemba movies.

Mark Menza did the American soundtrack for GT and all I remember hearing was gloomy sounding guitar riffs. The Japanese music was nice.
yeah mark menza wasn't too bad

I stopped watching at the part where goku and beerus punch so hard it should destroy the universe and then they make you wait to find out what will happen.

Does it get any better from there?

The writing and power scaling gets pretty whack at times but imo the show gets much better when it's done rehashing the  movies.

Yeah, pretty much. There are some instances where the show is superior to the movie (Vegeta's actualy fight against Beerus was better in the anime, but his "MY BULMA" scream was better in the movie.) But the show does improve a lot when they get to the Universe 6 Tournament Arc, and hits its quality climax in the Goku Black arc.

Does anyone know when the Blu Ray version of DBZ start using the classic american intros instead of the soulless standard one? I'm on Season 3, disc 3 (Goku JUST transformed into a Super Saiyan).

Which intro? When you say classic American intro, the first things that spring to mind are Rock the Dragon and the Bruce Faulconer one

Bruce Faulconer. I'm watching the blu ray dub from the beginning with the american broadcast audio, which should include the faulconer intro.

the rock the dragon intro is missing for whatever reason.

I wasn't even aware there was a Blu Ray release of the original Funi dub, I thought there was just the orange bricks.

I dunno about the intros though man, I've only ever seen the version that has the Ocean dub up until the Ginyu Force.

Does the Blu Ray have Faulconer music from the start or did they use Japanese music to cover up until Ginyu?

From what I've read, they had another guy come in and score new music in the vein of Faulconer's style from episode 1-53 or something, and then Faulconer's music takes over from there. But the intro hasn't changed yet. To be honest, I'd rather see the CHA-LA, HEAD CHA-LA intro than this one.

In Xenoverse news, DBS Future Trunks, Magetta, Great Priest and some other characters have their outfits in the TP shop but they're expensive as fuck

Also worth mentioning that there is a Trunks sword, Magetta Head, Great Priest Halo but they're unavailable at the moment

I just looked and saw none of that? What the hell.

For some reason memes from 2013 are still funny to some people.

when did you and class start dating
almost two weeks ago

how come

and how is it going so far
I got completely blind high one night and told class I loved him even though I was pretty sure he hated me, and maybe a week later me and view were teasing him saying he was in love with view because he said he likes snakes, and I guess he was too high to get the joke because he got flustered and said he loved me.

So I told him I was in love with him, and wasn't just high the first time I said it and when he sobered up he said he wasn't just high either and felt the same way and we decided to make it a thing.

cool man. good for you guys. hope this drama blows over soon.

Ok guy

i dont have any use for them as of right now. im pretty solid on my own.

but sometimes, when i get home from work and im just... directionless, i'd rather feel something than nothing at all. reminds me of what my motivations are i suppose
Throw the mixtape away dude. When things are over they're over. Hurts a little (a lot) to get rid of reminders but you gotta rip it off like a bandaid.

one more listen

Evil is evil. 99% of people in the classical era were evil for being okay with the extremely fucked up shit going on, and while that number got smaller as the world moved on and did less evil things, it doesnt absolve what's right and wrong.

A wolf who viciously kills a rabbit when it could've eaten something else is evil, even though it doesnt have a choice (just following instincts) and can't be blamed for being evil. In the same way, a politician who treats people as subhuman and massacres them is evil, even though he has less of a choice in it than us (just following society/upbringing), and can't really be blamed for being evil.

But that doesn't mean we have to glorify the wolf, or the politician.

I think it's a little silly to say the Wolf is evil even though it had no choice in the matter.
Maybe, but it's still true. A schitzophrenic man who thinks ogres are attacking him with chainsaws and kills them all in self defense, and then it turns out they were kids in a playground, is still evil - even though he can't be blamed for it and he had no choice

Sometimes people are evil and it's not their fault. There was no way for them to stop it or even know what they did was wrong, but it still happened

Personally I think the person's intent determines whether they are evil or not.

Doing a few freelance jobs outside your main job isn't really starting your own business. If you become independent, then yes it would be.

I am indepenent, though

lots of businesses started this way
