b) travelling (apparently where we're staying is about an hour from LA/Anaheim/San Diego so idk)
c) chilling outside at night before i go to bed or something
and my budget is exactly what a nintendo switch would cost, plus 100 bucks.

the only reason old games look and play like shit is because we play them on formats we weren't supposed to. ocarina of time feels how it should when you play on a crt, but as soon as you hook it up to your regular hd tv it's like "wow man this is so old"

The Fourth Hokage isn't one of the three Sanin, you meet the third Sanin (not saying who) in the next arc.
oh, i just assumed the 4th hokage was the third sanin when they kept lumping him in with the other 2. jiraiyah looking at naruto's seal: "hmm... the 4th hokage's work... clever man. but what's this? another seal? this one is far more crude. if i had to guess, it's the work of orochimaru." plus young jiraiyah and orochimaru are in the intro with a 3rd guy who vaguely resembles the 4th hokage but yeah i mean you know more than i do, i guess im wrong.

also i forgot to mention a few characters ive really taken a liking to
1. zabuza and his sidekick, haku. i like adrogynous characters and he fits the bill. not enough screen time though, and haku was a tad poorly written. zabuzas redemption was handled well.
2. jaraiah (think thats how tou spell it). hes like, a more believable master roshi. i love how subtely they confirmed him to be one of the 3 sonin (idk how u spell that either), with the other two being orochimaru and the 4th hokage. seeing them young in the opening is cool too.

The world building is fucking phenomenal.
yeah it is really good. it reminds me of the first season of game of thrones, how you're thrown into this world that's already been through so much yet you feel the biggest story will unfold over the next couple of years as you experience it.

Jak and Daxter announcement (this is the year I'm finally right about it.)

there are aspects that i like about it—the colorful characters and their cool personalities are the show' s biggest pull—but it gets bogged down with the usual shonen anime tropes that tend to ruin shonen for me, and it only gets worse with that
i haven't been focusing on the negatives here because you're clearly having fun with the show and i don't wanna be a dick
oh. well i appreciate that i guess. but yeah, the only anime ive really seen is pokemon, digimon, dragon ball, very little inyuyasha and now, naruto. and naruto is leagues better than the rest so far.

Pretty good right now. My exam is next week and I'm getting the mark I needed to eventually get into my ideal program. I'll be done night school until next winter, where I can start taking courses that actually interest me. NIN is coming out with new material steadily. Can't really complain.
