BoTW is good but a tad overrated tbh. My biggest gripes are that there is only 5 main dungeons and not nearly enough boss battles. The soundtrack feels lacking compared to previous Zelda games, and Durability is annoying as well. OoT is still better imo.
Ocarina of Time is more overrated than BoTW.
OoT is easily the most overrated Zelda
Majora's Mask is one of the most underrated

Problem is the soundtrack from 1 to 3 had an emotion that fit with the game. The fourth one although good, is not memorable.
4's fit better than the other 3 did, though memorable =/= fit well ?

i also think that halo 4's soundtrack is criminally underrated, because the halo fanbase has a pretty narrow and childish understanding of music.
I'm sure it's all well and good, and in all honesty I thought 4's soundtrack would've have worked much better for Mass Effect than ME2 onward did. The issue arises in that by the time 4 rolled around, Halo had and identifiable, iconic sound pioneered by Marty. Not every track was a hit, and hell the series even lost some of it's synth sounds from CE. But there's a sound and style to Halo, even Halo Wars mostly had it, that was lacking in 4. It's a case like Dark Souls II, it's a bad Souls game, but not necessarily a bad game.
i just think that's a dumb argument, because all you get when you try to copy the "halo sound" is generic bullshit. the new trilogy has a very different style than the old one (in that it was supposed to be actually good) and the soundtrack fit it better than any of the other games did.

Of course a game in a series should keep its sound. It can evolve over time, but compare ME to ME3. They're wildly different, but ME at least had its own identity whereas ME3 was the definition of generic. The music of Halo was different with each game but still constrained enough to be identified with Halo as a series
