Basically every Christmas since the N64 has gotten progressively worse.
iT'S ALMOST LIKE YOU'RE GETTING OLD OR SOMETHING! seriously, christmas only gets worse until you're old enough to have kids.
Why do children make it better?
The magic of christmas comes back, you get to see that look on their faces and pure joy that you had as a kid.
That's odd. There are many children at my family's Christmas get-togethers. The only look I see is a temporary "YES!" and then a jolt to the next present to open. It's disgusting, really.
Maybe it's different with your own kids, but I don't see it.
Kids Like that make me sick. My girlfriends sister is one of them. Her family took her to Disney world and bought her a pearl necklace instead of doing presents under a tree, she said "next year I want to do a trip and presents"
This year they didn't go on a trip but she got a shitload of presents. She saw them wrapped sitting under the tree and started bitching and whining about not seeing one big enough to be a whiteboard she asked for, when she got a $700 surf board among hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of other shit. I hate spoiled brats
This is well-timed.You should've witnessed the SHITSTORM my niece just threw in my house. My brother (who was on another floor at the time) sworn he thought her leg was being cut off. All because she couldn't open up a gift that wasn't hers. I was ready to punch her in the mouth.

Oh god, lol.
I've been trying my best to defend(?) this game, but it just keeps getting more and more difficult.

All the time. Typically characters from MGS.
But my comp Pokemon are always named cleverly, if I do say so myself.

Halo: Reach had the best look (if you mean "art style", which is how I interpreted it).

Holy fuck. They are amazing. 3 was pretty meh but 1 and 2 were phenomenal.
Just wanted to know what your guy's opinion on these classics are. If you haven't watched them yet, I highly recommend them. The only thing that's dated is the fight scenes (and there's 1 in the movie.)

Kind of irrelevant, but if they ever make a sequel to this game, I'm going to shoot myself in the mouth.
I feel like that would cheapen the unquestionable masterpiece of an ending this game has.
I guess you better get that gun ready then.
Is there any reason why we won't get a Jak 4?
Who says there won't be? Their 30th Anniversary artbook has Jak 4 concept art.
I thought that was concept art that's already been released. Is there anything new that would support the theory of a new JD?

There are way, way waaaaaaaaa(ayyy lmao)yyy too many one shot kill bullshit things for Destiny's multiplayer to be any fun.
The biggest issue, IMO, is the secondaries. If we took them out of the game entirely, we'd have a) something more unique, and b) more balance.
Or maybe allow one primary (which consists of Primary weapons and Special weapons) and have one heavy in reserve.
I don't know, just thinking out loud, I guess.
Oh yeah, I forgot about the shotgun dominance and also the super bright field of view raping grenades in that game too.
Oh yeah, and my power armor is made out of paper again.
Moral of the story: the game has a ton of issues.

>2014, Dec 13 >still playing Destiny's multiplayer My Kekusu take them
But you say that as if Destiny's competitive multiplayer is uncharacteristic of Bungie...
In previous Bungie title's, I could simply avoid the multiplayer and be, more or less, unaffected. Can't do that with Destiny, though. I would argue that Halo 3 has worse MP than Destiny, but the way Destiny's multiplayer is incorporated amplifies it's shit-ness.
I don't remember running around being able to kill people with the shotgun with such ease, or killing anyone with such ease, like in Destiny, at least you needed some level of skill for Halo 3, not Destiny however.
Destiny and Halo 3 are two games that play wildly different. I think you missed the point of what I said... Destiny is not shit the way Halo 3 is shit, but both are shit regardless. They both have shit in them that makes them, well, shit.
We can argue the semantics of "skill" at a later date. All I'll say is that if you say Destiny requires NO SKILL to succeed at, you're wrong. It does require skill, just not very much.
It requires as much skill as COD, I tried to see what the Crucible is like, its just point and shoot, easy, other things are taken into account, but for it to be so easy in MM, yea, thats what I'd consider something crappy. And how is Halo 3 shit?
And CoD still takes skill. I'd argue that Destiny still takes more skill, but I digress... I'm not going to get into why Halo 3 is shit. It's a very popular opinion.

Did you have fun playing it?
Absolutely. I went 3 straight games with 30+ kills.

More on topic, I hope the reviews the DLC get are a wake up call for bungie. 3.4 on metacritic is disgusting. I really want destiny 2 to be good
I think expecting TDB to be a HUGE improvement was stupid. This DLC was obviously prepared before release, and as such, probably couldn't have been changed as easily as they had hoped. I fear HOW will have this same problem. Even the Raid wasn't as good as the VoG (still, CE is the second best thing to play in the game). Now, the COMET DLC is what I will buy. Depending on how well that DLC is done, will determine whether or not I buy Destiny 2.

I suck at video games and in Destiny I always had the highest score in PVP.
I think saying you "suck at all video games" is inappropriate. There are so many different genre's of video games that you need different skills for, you can't be bad at all of them. But OT, that's weird.

And you are still playing it now..... Why?
Density is literally cancer.
1) The game is a grind (just like Pokemon used to be, which is why I can find enjoyment in it) 2) The game has redeeming aspects 3) My friends play it 4) I feel obligated because I regretfully bought the game and it's season's pass
That literally left a bad taste in my mouth.
...Okay?
......Yes?
Why do you crave conversation? I obviously had nothing left to say on the topic, and we obviously have differing opinions. Just leave it at that. Stop being so childish. If nothing needs to be said, don't say anything.

I'm surprised you even used your primary weapon once during that, usually nobody does haha
It's all fusion rifles and shotguns. There's no skill involved.

Destiny as a whole is a fucking joke.
Not all of it. To say the entire game is "bad" isn't all that intelligent.

Just had a game of Clash. I'm not the best player (I'm pretty average, TBH) but this is unreal. The fact that I can simply run around the map with no shield and do this just highlights how broken this game really is. The PvP is just, straight-up, garbage. And I wouldn't have a problem with it. I mean, Bungie has traditionally had pretty average/broken multiplayer in their games. But this takes the cake above Halo 3, IMO. Anyways, that's the end of my rant. inb4>playingDestiny

Lots of Destiny, some Halo 2 A forge, and some Pokémon.
Mmm, I stopped playing destiny awhile ago.
So did I, but I recently started back up in preparation for the DLC.
The last time I played was the first day of the Iron Banner in October.
Damn, I think that's when I last played. I don't know if I'll end up either selling destiny, or taking a chance with the dlc.
From whar I hear, most of the game's old content is no unplayable if you don't have the DLC. I'll be finishing all the DLC content tonight and writing a mini review on Sep7agon, so look for it.

What a strange era we're in now, where I'm glad games get delayed. I used to hate it, now I'm all for it.
Arkham Knight, MGSV, etc. They actually care, and those are the games I'll buy on release -- new.
