I think it's just dawning on me how ridiculously good looking she is. Wow.
she is pretty hot but youre canadian so gtfo

Canadians can be quite good looking, you know.
not when you hang out with tblocks because that  guy is ugly and gay it rubs off on you

We don't really hang out all that much, though. Not that I would mind hanging out with him. We just... don't.

And being gay has nothing to do with one's attractiveness.

The best game I've ever played is Metal Gear Solid.
Hahaha! Well jokes aside Banjo-Kazooie will and always be the best game of all time

I must have missed the joke.

Ratchet and Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal

I preferred Going Commando to Up Your Arsenal, personally.

R&C3 is still quite good, though.

I don't like to pick just one

So pick more than one, as everyone else is doing.

The Flood / Re: I've learnt quite a lot this year
« on: July 10, 2015, 06:39:06 PM »
I did not realise this was a "what did you learn this year" thread.

All the same, I've changed pretty drastically. I became a vegan, solidified my beliefs in anti-natalism (whereas before I was mostly a "sympathiser" - whatever that entails), and learned how to somewhat cope with my depression. I've become much more cynical and pessimistic, and I can't seem to find enjoyment in the things I used to find fun.

Ok but seriously this year I've learned an incredible amount about spirituality and what my personal belief is. Also overall I feel much more calm as a person from this learning.

What did you learn? If you don't mind me asking.

We should talk sometime soon. Perhaps if we have some classes together next year, we can have a good ol' fashioned philosophy talk.

Spyro year of the dragon
Ripto's Rage>All

Solid choices, though.

I could never choose one, I simply can't.
It's no easy feat. Everytime I try to narrow it down, I always remember another game of equal quality. It's bittersweet, really.

There isn't one.

In your opinion.

In your opinion. And please don't say Skyrim/TLOU/GTAV/Fallout 3.

If I had to wager, it would probably be one of the earlier Zelda games. Though, I haven't played them. The best game I've ever played is Metal Gear Solid.

Mine's in the shop, getting her transmission replaced and weather strip lining redone. But normally, yeah, I do it myself.

Okay, real quick: did they just rip off Man of Steel?

Halsey:
"We have looked to the stars... we may stumble and fall."

Jor-El:
"Look to the stars, like our ancestors did! . . . They will race behind you, they will stumble, they will fall."

Probably not a coincidence. A lot of what 343i has been doing isn't exactly original.

I didn't even know you did this sort of thing.

And I was just thinking to myself awhile ago, "Man, Verb has such a diverse vocabulary."

Glad I knew what "tendentious" meant, though.

Do you take requests?
I take suggestions. Doesn't  necessarily mean that they'll be done, as not all songs work with what I do. Some end up sounding weird.

Ah, I see. Well, if I could just give my suggestion here...

From Spiderman 64 "Get to the Bank!". It's not to long, and I would love to listen to it after you're done with it.

Jak and Daxter (Playstation 2) - well known but not as much as Ratchet/Sly, for some reason...

Spider-man 64 (Nintendo 64/Playstation One) - possibly the best Spider-man game ever.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Playstation 3/Xbox 360 version) - quite good, fit in with previous continuity fairly well, lots of costumes and content.

Extreme G (Nintendo 64) - Extremely charming racer, back in the day. IIRC, it even has a combat mode, where you can battle friends in split-screen.

Digimon Rumble Arena 2 (Playstation 2/Gamecube/Xbox) - I remember keeping my Playstation 2 on for days at a time because I didn't have a memory card. Awesome "Smash Brothers" feel with a Digimon skin to it.

The colour palette looks too cartoonish for me, though.
So youd prefer a super gritty gray'n'brown abomination?

Did I say that?

Depends. I'll usually change my avatar every week or so, depending on my activity. I'm really digging my current one, though.

I love yours, though. Renamon is one of my favourite Digimon. Behind Flamedramon, of course.

PS. Geez, yo. Digimon got complex.

Sure it looks cool, but it's nothing we haven't seen before. Scripted bs that only wows us once.

Somewhat relevant, I remember reading a Black Panther comic in which T'challa has a conversation with Dr. Doom.

Doom says something along the lines of "the african people are physically superior but lack the intelligence of other races". Which is pretty fucked up if it's not true, considering this was only published a few years ago...

I don't know if I'm just growing up or if the game just doesn't look that good.

I do like the comparison of chief to Superman and the rest of the team to the Avengers/Justice League.

The colour palette looks too cartoonish for me, though.

All in all, I'm still not sure if I'm going to buy this game. The first time in awhile I can say that about a Halo product.

After reading Pendulate's post, and watching that documentary he mentioned.

I think I have no choice, morally, but to make the transition to a vegan lifestyle.

Congrats, buddy. And good luck.
