Alright I can tell by this alone that you don't know much about making gains, which is alright since everyone starts from scratch. This is true. I never used to work out, as my gymnastics background took care of my physicality pretty well. When I stopped doing that I lost a lot of weight, so I thought I'd make up for it at the gym. I mean, I may not have been doing it right. But I got decent results. You didn't gain 15 lb of muslce, period. No, I misspoke. 15 lbs gained, not pure muscle. And if you're in the gym everyday you're probably overdoing it and just going catabolic. "Every day" being every week day, with mild jogging and push-ups on the weekends. The key to building muscle is to keep the reps low, weight high, and to recover. Yup, that's what I was doing.

Yeah bruh you're not going to build a lot of muscle in a month, and since I'm guessing you have no experience you probably won't build any in that time. It takes a while for people to get into a workout routine and you only really start putting on muscle when you start upping your weight or reps.
But I'll say you can probably clean bulk which would let you stay cut while trying to build muscle. That's the best you can probably do and it's a little complicated. It's diet more than anything. I need a little more info though.
I put on 15 lbs of muscle in a month. It's not impossible, it just takes a fuck load of drive. In the gym everyday and shit, I'm sure you know the drill.
Though, that was before I became a vegan where meat was still an option, lol.
You didn't gain 3.75 lbs of muscle a week. That's more than steroid users make. It was likely a combination of muscle, glycogen, water weight, and fat.
You're right, I misspoke. I did put on 15 lbs in that month, though.

I think I joined after this whole "Kinder" fiasco took place. Why does everyone hate him?

Work out for at least an hour a day (4 times a week, or more) and consume something like 150 more calories a day than you normally would.

I play several instruments, paint, draw, and write. I'm also a skilled gymnast.

To be pussy whipped you have to have gotten some in the first place
I couldn't think of a better term.
I've failed you all.
capitulating sycophantic submissive
and he's just straight-up dumb
i don't even have anything against him, really--but have you ever seen him try to debate anything
Just remember I haven't had a chance to debate almost anywhere
The Serious Board?
Sure but I'm just saying that I have a lack of experience.
That isn't really an excuse, though...
I mean, I get where you're coming from. And I think that's all part of growing up. But at a certain point, you need to state "This is how I view things. Come at me." Otherwise you do fit Verbatim's description. Rolling over at every sign of adversary isn't a good trait to have, which is part of Verb's point, I think.
I know you have the ability -- we've had intelligent conversations before. But for whatever reason (I think I know what they may be), you restrict yourself.
Lack of experience in debate isn't a good excuse for not being an experienced debater?
No. Lack of experience in debate isn't a good excuse for NOT debating. TBlocks isn't bad at debating. I know that first hand. He just doesn't debate at all.

Say what now?
While Evans is indeed a babe, he lacks the old-fashioned charisma and grace of Hiddleston.

Unfortunately I find videos like that extremely obnoxious.
God I hate you so much right at this moment
I just don't like it when people record themselves for the sake of record themselves. She still my fav, tho.
"i hate people having fun"
Not even the same thing and you know it.

Didn't really find the bus video all that funny. Here's 4Chan's raid of some dude's GTAV livestream.

I still need to play the first one. This one doesn't look all that great based on what I've seen but I'm sure it will do well.

But without them, I'm stuck laying around and falling victim to my thoughts every night. I want to talk to someone so that I have a healthy outlet for that stuff, rather than distracting myself from them. Join the club, hombre. I've been up for 4 days straight because my thoughts like to torment me. I've been diagnosed with a severe case of insomnia. I'd love to have an outlet, which I've tried to delegate to this forum, video games and reading, but obviously it hasn't worked out all that great. If it works for you, I highly suggest a psychologist. It didn't work for me, but I might be a different case from you.

I've been struggling with depression for a few years now. It ain't pretty.
Unfortunately I won't allow myself to commit suicide, so here I am wallowing in self-pity.
But as for the drugs/alcohol, I really don't see why you don't just stop doing them. Unless you are routinely doing hard drugs like cocaine, you have no physical dependence on either marijuana or alcohol. Yeah it might get boring, but deal with it if you don't want the expense.

It's getting out of hand. Soon there'll a "Green Party" with a platform of making the US a theocracy in the service of Shrek.

For Marvel, I recommend the 90's Spider-man show, and Spectacular Spider-man. Nothing else is really all that great from Marvel, animation-wise.
Wolverine and the X-Men is right up there with Spectacular Spider-Man for top-tier comicbook animation.
Ah, yes. How could I forget?
