Right? It's such horseshit, I don't know how Activision gets away with this crap.

Because that would go against their interests to stabilise the skill gap. Every CoD has an inherently bad netcode that favours the host. This is to make kids feel like bad-asses and shit when in reality, they're trash. YouTube Every CoD suffers from this, but BO2 is the worst offender, I think. Edit: For those not interested in watching the admittedly long video, it basically shows two consoles (connected via LAN, so there's no travel time/ping whatsoever) 1v1-ing each other, and showing how much of an advantage the host has to the other players. It's a really good find, I highly suggest watching it. 16353

The only thing bad about BO2 is the netcode but that's been an issue since CoD4 and it's intentionally there to minimise the skill gap.

Commando has got to be the biggest fanboy on this website.Mother of god that is grand coming from you. You're saying I'm the biggest fanboy on this site but on Bnet you actually muted people for not liking an armor set in Halo 4. I may jump the gun and call people out on things but I never have muted people for not liking something as dumb as armor in a video game. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/61347121/0/0/1 Yeah because at the time the whole site was bitching about Halo 4's aesthetics (which I actually enjoyed). We didn't have the moderation that we do now, I was trying to keep the shit flinging to a minimum. Taking moderation into my own hands, if you will. But that was before when I liked Halo 4. I don't now, my tastes have evolved. I dislike all Halo games. 16357

I've jerry-rigged the fuck out of my original 360 that I got on release. It still works to this day, but we call it the "AC130" on account for how loud it is.
Usually I just use the Halo 4 edition I bought a couple years back. 16359

Your shade has been banished to... the Eighth Level of Hell - The Malebolge!
Spoiler Many and varied sinners suffer eternally in the multi-leveled Malebolge, an ampitheatre-shapped pit of despair Wholly of stone and of an iron colour: Those guilty of fraudulence and malice; the seducers and pimps, who are whipped by horned demons; the hypocrites, who struggle to walk in lead-lined cloaks; the barraters, who are ducked in boiling pitch by demons known as the Malebranche. The simonists, wedged into stone holes, and whose feet are licked by flames, kick and writhe desperately. The magicians, diviners, fortune tellers, and panderers are all here, as are the thieves. Some wallow in human excrement. Serpents writhe and wrap around men, sometimes fusing into each other. Bodies are torn apart. When you arrive, you will want to put your hands over your ears because of the lamentations of the sinners here, who are afflicted with scabs like leprosy, and lay sick on the ground, furiously scratching their skin off with their nails. Indeed, justice divine doth smite them with its hammer. Purgatory Repending Believers Very Low Level 1 Virtuous Non-Believers Very Low Level 2 Lustful High Level 3 Gluttonous Moderate Level 4 Prodigal and Avaricious High Level 5 Wrathful and Gloomy Very High Level 6 Heretics Very High Level 7 Violent High Level 8 The Malebolge Fraudulent, Malicious, Panderers Very High Level 9 Treacherous High Unfortunately, I don't really know what any of this shit means. 16369

Gaming / Re: Want help understanding Metal Gear?« on: July 27, 2015, 01:29:57 PM »
Okay but
a lot of fans (the ones you were asking about) don't like TTS because it's worse than the original, but Kojima considers it to be the definitive version, canon-wise. Things like the Gray Fox voice actor and stuff were retconned. So everything that's wrong in TTS, no matter how small, is unnecessary because MGS original did it better. I mean, it's still good but it's the worse of the two. 16380
