I haven't in a few months and don't plan on doing it again. At least for a few years.
I only played so recently to get my money's worth out of the Season's Pass.

Don't confuse this with the other one Kojima is directing, that's coming soon.

Time is not linear Our lives are occurring in the same moments that Napoleon's is.
Oh yeah, how could I forget that. Thank you for reminding me, master.

Except you didn't exist before conception. I agree with you. It is. You're just having a hard time understanding it.
If I'm having a hard time understanding it that's because you've failed to explain it effectively.

given that all time, every age, and all lives occur simultaneously, no, there wasn't.
What.

And you start existing at conception. I didn't say "non-existence is the start of existence" so you can stop repeating this, man. Plus I've already admitted that "start" was a bad choice of words. There really isn't a word I can think of to use. The only way I can put it is that you, at one time, didn't exist, and that was the first thing you were. Maybe not "you" in a biological sense but definitely in a conceptual one. Don't tell me it's extremely simple, because you're the one arguing against what you've just now said.
I was just repeating what you said ironically, because it's pretty evident that it isn't simple.

Just for fun, explain to me how non existence is a start.
Because it comes before anything else. You didn't exist before you existed. This is extremely simple.

Non existence isn't a starting point. It's non existence. You don't exist.
You start existing in a womb.
I didn't say "you start existing in non-existence", lol. Before you existed, you didn't exist. There was nothing before you didn't exist, therefore making it the "start". Start was probably a bad choice of words but whatever.

I had a dream last night, I had the game
"The world that the Boss envisioned [last night] will finally become a reality, and it will make this forum whole again."

How can it be a starting point when you don't exist?
Don't you understand how retarded that is?
Not retarded but confusing, sure. Every at one point didn't exist. You came from non-existence. I don't really think it's that difficult to grasp, to be honest.

Can I have that very top one?...
Knock yourself out, kiddo. Though you're probably going to have to make some adjustments to it once you hit legendary.

I don't really see the problem, to be honest. It appears to be consensual.
It reminds me of those guys that wouldn't admit 17-year-old Miley Cyrus was hot but when she turned 18 she suddenly matured into a woman.
At a certain point men become men biologically. It can be at 14 or 22. Same goes for women.

At the time of this post, there really isn't 13 days left. But I'm not going to be awake at midnight to update it, so, yeah.
Anyways, I decided to have a new quote in the title for every passing day. We're less than two weeks away from the release of The Phantom Pain. There isn't much left to say that hasn't already been said -- we're all fucking amped for the game. I'm going to compile a list of must-watch videos to get people up-to-speed on everything MGSV (including all trailers, interviews and gameplay demos. Luckily for me, I've been downloading them since 2013 for this very purpose.)
Okay so, night y'all.

Genuinely curious.

BTW I'm eventually going to get around to updating this thread.
Eventually...

You've gotta be joking, Starch. Compton?
Is your name Matt by any chance? You sound exactly like the "rapper" that goes to my school.
O.T.: I really want to live in Kansas. On a farm or something.

I fucking hate the look of Equinox.
But yeah I just managed to get a Ash Prime helmet but I can't for the life of me get the Ash systems to drop.

the gameplay is nothing that hasn't been shown already and you've basically already played it in aground Zeroes...
I'm just a sucker for like base building and character customization, which I had no idea at all this game had since I don't follow metal gear
Yeah I didn't expect you to follow KojiPro intensely and watch every video. But other people ITT I expected to know about it. But whatever, yeah it looks sick.

I concur wholeheartedly. The idea of having nothing, feeling nothing, affecting nothing, not being anymore, is just sickening. I'd take any amount of pain over nonexistence.
The stupidity of his comment was that nonexistence isn't a fate - it's where you start off. At least, in the scenario I contrived. Edit: Obviously, the other part of the stupidity was that he's just wrong. There are fates worse than not existing. Though I think it's stupid (at the least) to say that pain is better than no pain. Pretty much everyone would disagree with you, unless you had a predisposition to enforcing this idea that life=good, which you do. We can thank Verb for that.

I wasn't all that impressed with this gameplay tbh
Mostly because Kojima told us about it months ago but whatever.

It's honestly kind of insulting that you think that. Try telling these folks or these fellas just how lucky they are to be existing and experiencing what they are. And how not being able to feel their world is such a horrible fate.
I really don't think it's going to be worth arguing about. That's why I left it alone.

I actually have to read your name. I looks too much like the stylized way Solonoid has his.
I don't like this.
Yeah I know /:
I hate the default font for our names, though.
I agree. It needs to be changed to some kind of Fraktur based font.
Nah. Comic sans.
Eww, Big Boss yourself.
You mean make the one-eyed snake cry?
