No spoilers. I'm on Episode 14 lol. I did kinda see the ending, well, read. Though I didn't understand it. What I'm saying is. When you finish the game, you get the ending, but supposedly to get the "true" ending you have to replay the game. Called Chapter 2.
Oh, so you meant the "true ending" = pulling an arkham knight? peace walker did that too so it's all good in my books. I already beat chapter 1, but if I have to replay the game to get chapter two, that'll be great. expectation spoilers I felt like there weren't enough cutscenes the first time around.

With a bra untied, lying on a bed.... It's a side mission. I don't know what the trigger is, unfortunately. I don't like her as much as DD, though.

Sorry guys. I've been playing this game for 38 hours straight and I'm not stopping until I'm 100% done. I've been hibernating this summer so I'm good to go for days without sleep. I'm a few missions off the ending so I don't want to read through this thread just yet, but I should be done by tomorrow-ish. Depends on how many fucking Combat Deployment wait times I have to sit through /: Anyways, my thoughts on the game now that I'm nearly done it: Expectations spoiler the gameplay is flawless but I'm disappointed with the story. Sometimes it's the best thing I've ever seen and other times I feel like it could've been more/was a wasted opportunity. You'll see what I mean once I write my review. Anyways, Snake out.

...So, why both? That would make sense if his actual name was Venom, but it isn't. My best guess is that "venom" represents the emotion Big Boss carries into battle now. Remember in MGS3 when the Boss said that Jack couldn't join the Cobra Unit because he lacked an emotion to carry into battle? "Venom" or "vengeance" could represent his homage to the Cobra Unit and his transition as a character. As for Punished Snake, I doubt any of the characters are really going to refer to him as such. If anything, it'll be like "Wow, you're no longer Snake... you're a punished Snake. Like the one in the Bible." because of how much Kojima loves that shit.
