Star Wars 7 is going to be so disappointing because there's no reason to think it'll be especially good but there's no way it'll be as bad as Lucas.
This. I try to explain this to people and they're like "Nah, JJ the real chosen one."

Horizon Zero Dawn. It is pretty stupid now that you point it out.

The corporate suits don't give a shit if it's finished. Yeah, and my sister has brown hair. As long as we're pointing out obvious shit. 1. Yes you did, for MGSV at least, you liar. Yeah, I bought MGSV new. But not Arkham Knight. 2. Yeah, you'd be allowed. You'd also look like a hypocrite. Cool. Hypocrisy isn't something that concerns me. The entire reason that I'm buying it is because they've enticed me with the offerings they're providing. If they hadn't, then I wouldn't be buying it. So what would be the issue with getting more bang-for-your-buck by buying used? You have literally nothing to lose from a used game. If you can help it, buy used. That's my point.

Unless they're a self-publishing dev team, they don't Cool. I'm not talking about the damn developers. Guess who does decide when a game is release? The publishers. Just like how you bought Arkham Knight and MGSV new? 1. Not true. 2. Even if it was, it's a shit argument. Even if I bought all the season's passes in the world, I would still be allowed to say "don't buy them".

what If you don't give your money to these publishers, they'll have to entice you with better offerings. It's pretty simple, really.

needs to be =/= actually can be Elaborate. If you hit me with some "developers don't decide release dates" bullshit, I already have a response.

I've given up on gaming for the same reasons, but I still go to the theatre every weekend.
There's plenty of good movies out there, you just need to know what to watch. But I could see how only the AAA movies have been a let-down.

The Reach forge mod that gives campaign falcons and shit
They have one that does that?! That's awesome. I thought Bungie was like Verbatim-levels of opposition to mods.

Yeah, I don't have TV either. The CNN stream of the GOP debate was good quality, too. Zero issues when I watched it. Good to hear. I watched some of the GOP debate on YouTube afterwards but I want to watch it live this time.

Is there an online stream I can watch? I don't have TV (and even if I did I don't think I'd get CNN.)
CNN is streaming it for free on their website, just like they did for the GOP debates. No login required.
Awesome, I'll check it out. Thanks.

"The assumption that animals are without rights and the illusion that our treatment of them has no moral significance is a positively outrageous example of Western crudity and barbarity. Universal compassion is the only guarantee of morality."

I don't recall. I'm pretty sure that was a joke. All our "similarities" aside, we still have different posting styles. Regardless, I already said that it was me Lemon was talking to, and that he changed my mind.

I doubt anyone is going to trade it in on release day. By Friday there will be a copy, for sure. But w/e man, I can't stop you. Do you.

And if Galactic Conquest/Forge aren't finished on release, the game needs to be delayed.

For the record I'm not against DLC.
If something is finished post launch, by all means, charge for it.
But something like, I don't know, Galactic Conquest was to be released later for $20, that ain't cool. Because that should be in the base game. It would be akin to charging $20 on top of the $60 you pay for Halo 5 once you buy the Forge mode in January.

My feed will be filled with people playing the game and I can't just sit there and watch people play it. I need it. Well I'm not saying "don't buy it". I'm just saying "don't buy it new". You should always buy physical games used. The less sales a game gets, the more the developers/publishers need to do to entice you. Ala, more/better content for the consumers. I don't want to preach but that's what I try to get everyone to do. It's just better for the industry.

So you were born in the year 2000?
Anyways, enjoy your day. You seemed older than that, for future reference.

But seriously don't buy the Season's Pass.
Buy the game used and purchase the DLC when it's released if you must.
