I can't take this song seriously anymore thanks to the antics of people I hang out with online, and it's sad because this is actually a REALLY good song
Oh my god, what the fuck? Hahahahaha.

Only good song in the album. I can still take it seriously, though...

That part as good, Pa Kent taught Supes to be the man he is and Supes kills no man... Letting people die is the exact opposite thing Superman is supposed to do, though.
I worded it wrong. I forgot that "wasn't" in the first part of the sentence.
Oh. Then yeah, I agree with you. Kind of a dumb decision to make on Goyer's part.

If I absolutely HAD to choose, I'd probably go with immortality.
But neither genetic nor individual survival is important to me, so. . .

He made a great Jonathan Kent.
That whole bit of "You're my son." killed my feels
I mean, the whole "Maybe you should let people die" meme kind of didn't sit well with me (especially since he completely disregards it later in the movie) but he played it well, at least.

Moderator Whimsy e.e
Jokes aside though, loosely it's just if it's people disagreeing, that's not so much lockable but if it's people outright shitting on someone in the thread etc it'll usually be allowed.
It's a bit case by case. OIC Well as long as people are having a discussion, I don't really care. I originally requested lock because we had come to the end of an argument based on a misunderstanding, but if people are past that, it's fine.

It's nice to see that everyone here hasn't decided to think about their futures extensively. Why is that nice?

Would be nice, but it's not really a huge deal though. Other things should be fixed first (like the search feature).

Ehh it's a generally approved kind of thing, but not an automatic right >.>
Like 9 times out of 10 sort of deal. So why does that 1 time out of 10 not get locked? What requirements must be met?

There's good music for every generation, I just happen to really enjoy the style of the older generations.

I hear pre-70s music on the radio all the time and I live in California. Cool.

I liked Shadow the Hedgehog.
Though to be fair I was ten when it came out, and anything with guns and swearing was cool back then.
I have fond memories of the actual game. But the character itself is pretty bad.

Philly has a huge orchestra following. I also have a classical radio station out here in fucking hickville, Pennsyltucky. Yeah, we have radio stations like that here, too. French, Portuguese, classical, etc.

I want to know what music Jive finds okay or even likes. I bet that guy is much more open minded when it comes music than you bow wearing, checkered-shirt, brace wearing pimple cowered introverted sociopath phaggots.
He listens to the same shit that people like Starch listen to, IIRC.
And what does Starch listen to?
Drake and Co.

First you said ANYTHING pre 70's is good and I told you that was wrong, then you said you didn't say that even though I quoted you verbatim. That's because you were being pedantic. It's like when people use the word literally -- often they don't mean literally. Now you're saying the west grew out of a style of music but Italy didn't, and I told you that wasn't true anymore than it is for Italy, and now you're saying that's not what you were trying to say. I'm saying they didn't grow out of it as much as we did. I would go to Portugal, Italy, or France -- they all have different shit playing on the radio from us. Italy in particular was behind by several decades (and still is, in some instances). Obviously all these countries have "pop", like us. But these classic styles are still very present. Far more than the western world.

nah "But Jim, why is audio porn better?" "Well my friend, it forces you to use your imagination which can be a more rewarding experience and deliver a stronger orgasm." "But wouldn't using your imagination for every aspect (I.E. picturing everything in your head) achieve all of that, and then some?" "..."

Italian popular music is really no different than pop music from anywhere else in the world. Pre-70s styles (Jazz for example) are still played by a lot of people and have only fallen out of the mainstream of popular music. That's some nice info. I already knew all of it, though.
