Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:42:36 PM »If we're talking about a fucking armless male who cannot physically pleasure his own prostate, and the only other person in the universe happens to be a male who is willing to stimulate his prostate for him, then sure. That's not gay. Holy shit lol this strangely got me hahahaha 12063
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:41:45 PM »What if you just treat the man's dick as an instrument of pleasure? Completely separate the man from the penis, mentally? That's called pegging, or masturbation. Both women and the pleasure-ee himself could do that. But still enjoyable nonetheless. 12064
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:38:03 PM »You'd have to really stretch your imagination to enjoy it as a straight man. YouTube Quote Prostate stimulation isn't gay, but if you explicitly enjoy doing it with men, as a male, that's gay. What if you just treat the man's dick as an instrument of pleasure? Completely separate the man from the penis, mentally? 12065
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 06:34:12 PM »Halo has never been just a video game universe with some books thrown in. It has been a multimedia universe from the start. huh. I guess it does. 12066
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:33:00 PM »That is exactly what I am saying. If you like having sex with men, you are gay. That's all I said. You can have sex with someone you're not attracted to. It's not entirely impossible to be straight and enjoy dick up your ass, as disgusting as it is. 12067
Serious / Re: Justin Trudeau appoints a 50/50 gender balanced cabinet« on: November 09, 2015, 06:31:17 PM »I can't really comment too much on it, because I'm not entirely certain of the responsibilities held by a Canadian Prime Minister, but I'd assume that the point of a cabinet is the same in Canada as the US. He doesn't know everything about everything (and nobody does), which is the importance of having a cabinet to consult on matters. Only time will tell how he uses that. Essentially. But fun-fact, the Prime Minister of Canada actually has more power per-capita than the President. 12068

Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:25:32 PM »Because if they enjoyed it, they wouldn't be straight. That's the whole point. The "pleasure zones" in our ass are irrelevant, because they're not gonna fire off if you aren't gay. But homosexuality is literally just "attraction to the same sex". I think Prime's "stimulation" argument is a bit better than "you're gay if you like things up your ass -- fact" 12071
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:24:30 PM »Doesn't mean the top would enjoy putting it there, though. Why wouldn't they? I don't understand this. There would be a physical reaction to gay sex, that reaction would most likely be pleasurable considering that's the express purpose for the reaction. 12072
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 06:21:32 PM »Is it too late to mention that TFoR came out before even Halo CE? Wait -- what? 12073
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:19:28 PM »but they're not gonna enjoy it. Why not? Pretty sure men have the same kind of "pleasure zones" women do in their ass. 12074
Serious / Re: Justin Trudeau appoints a 50/50 gender balanced cabinet« on: November 09, 2015, 06:18:00 PM »obviously he put much greater thought into it than just making sure 50% of his cabinet was female. I dunno how "obvious" that is, but alright. btw, Trudeau's father was considered to be a great intellect -- Justin? Not so much. But that's none of my business. 12075
Serious / Re: Sexual orientation thread« on: November 09, 2015, 06:15:00 PM »Or maybe the ancient Greeks were all just gay. Maybe. But consider this... A man is straight, but he wants to find out what all the fuss is about shrouding gay sex. He has a man enter his anus. Now at first, he doesn't like it. But maybe he thinks it's one of those tolerance things. So he does it again, and guess what? He likes it. He now has gay sex with men. He isn't attracted to men, he just enjoys things being shoved up his ass. Gay sex isn't homosexual at all. You can get fucked by a man without being attracted to him. Being homosexual is different from having gay sex, and so, being asexual is different from not having sex. 12076
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 06:10:29 PM »It massively limits the universe, and is just utterly retarded. The burden of creating a universe that suits the gameplay is on the programmers/animators, not the writers. Oh well. Quote It doesn't matter if TFoR isn't a game, but H:Reach is. H:Reach contradicted TFoR in many ways, none of them being good or making sense. Games are inherently more important canonically than a book is when you consider that this is a video game universe. If it were up to me, Reach would've been canon and not TFoR. Though I bet most of you are glad it's not up to me. Quote H:Reach's contradictions and retcons were complete horseshit too. And they were all fixed IIRC. None of MGS4's were. 12077
Serious / Re: Justin Trudeau appoints a 50/50 gender balanced cabinet« on: November 09, 2015, 06:07:19 PM »Alright, that clears it up a bit. My only question is whether his secondary reasoning truly matters if you consider that he obviously made good choices. If a man writes a good essay, would you dock him points for writing in cursive versus print? The body of his idea was fundamentally right, and the only issue here is aesthetic. Just confirmed that it was a part of his platform. Yeah, I don't think anyone is criticising his choices. Just his apparent reasoning. 12078
Serious / Re: Justin Trudeau appoints a 50/50 gender balanced cabinet« on: November 09, 2015, 05:59:44 PM »Please correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't nearly every instance that he's talked about the 50-50 gendered staff been instigated by questions from journalists and interviewers? Pretty sure he promised the 50/50 gender thing as a part of his platform. So, no. But I could be wrong. 12079
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 05:55:57 PM »But at the same time, someone who has a pretty obvious bias against something is about as reliable as someone who gives everything a 10/10. I don't have any bias. What would I stand to gain from being against Halo? Quote You seem to have this superiority complex where you are always right and everyone else is wrong. what kind of an idiot thinks that they're wrong and everyone else is right? Of course I think I'm right. If I didn't think I was right, I'd fix it so I did think I was right. This is basic shit. Quote I can't exactly take that seriously, nor the fact that you play games "but don't like gameplay" but then proceed to praise gameplay. I never said I don't like gameplay. I said I don't care about it. And obviously I would praise a game for good gameplay, but if everything else is solid (like TLOU), I don't care. Quote Have some consistency for once. What does this even mean. Like I have some reputation for being inconsistent. 12080
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 05:39:16 PM »Blue Team. None of those things were really all that good. They weren't bad either, but w/e. Quote Fits in with the Universe just fine. Based on what the gameplay establishes? No, it doesn't. But "gameplay ain't canon" (which is fucking stupid btw). Sorry for expected what is shown to me to be consistent. Quote You're like the biggest whiner ever about MGS4 messing and retconning things. Completely different, though. 1. MGS4 is a FAR worse offense. 2. MGS4 contradicts things that were established within the actual games, Reach doesn't. 3. The retcons were complete horseshit, Reach is essentially non-canon IIRC now. Why do you bother trying with him? He has a pretty hard hate boner for anything that isn't mgs. His opinion is about as useful as IGN when trying to decide if anything is good. Except I don't. I only hate what's shit, like Halo 5's story. But yeah, let your inner fanboy take over. 12081
Serious / Re: The religion of peace strikes again« on: November 09, 2015, 05:23:01 PM »
I'm pretty sure people who say "religion of peace" mean that it is A religion of peace, not THE religion of peace.
The latter would be even more ridiculous. 12082

Gaming / Re: Fallout 4 reviews are in« on: November 09, 2015, 05:18:36 PM »
Btw I'm not saying Fallout 4 won't be good (I doubt it will be good, but that's not what I was saying). I'm just saying that claiming Fallout 4 is good because IGN said so is kind of dumb, considering they gave that rating to things like MGSV, Halo 5, BO3, etc.

Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 05:16:18 PM »Halo 5 had great cinematography The only thing I can remember is the opening with Osiris doing some Superman-esque shit (it's all in one-shot) which was admittedly pretty cool, but felt out of place and unrealistic for the universe. Everything else (bar music, again) was better in Reach. Quote Reach are the worst campaigns. The biggest problem with Reach was that it broke established canon, but I'm of the opinion that creative freedom trumps consistency. 12085
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 05:13:23 PM »Wasn't there a talk about 5 being the darkest campaign? It isn't. 12086
Gaming / Re: Rate Halo 5« on: November 09, 2015, 05:03:46 PM »That's a negative, Noble One. Reach's presentation, music, cinematography and themes were pretty good though. 5 had literally none of that, bar music (which is pretty much just O'Donnell dick-riding by Jinnouchi). 12087

The worst Campaign in the series.
The multiplayer is the best since CE. Warzone is trash. A further fleshed-out FireFight/Spartan Ops would have been better. 6/10 |
