I can't really comment too much on it, because I'm not entirely certain of the responsibilities held by a Canadian Prime Minister, but I'd assume that the point of a cabinet is the same in Canada as the US. He doesn't know everything about everything (and nobody does), which is the importance of having a cabinet to consult on matters. Only time will tell how he uses that. Essentially. It massively limits the universe, and is just utterly retarded. The burden of creating a universe that suits the gameplay is on the programmers/animators, not the writers. Oh well. It doesn't matter if TFoR isn't a game, but H:Reach is. H:Reach contradicted TFoR in many ways, none of them being good or making sense. Games are inherently more important canonically than a book is when you consider that this is a video game universe. If it were up to me, Reach would've been canon and not TFoR. Though I bet most of you are glad it's not up to me. H:Reach's contradictions and retcons were complete horseshit too. And they were all fixed IIRC. None of MGS4's were.

Alright, that clears it up a bit. My only question is whether his secondary reasoning truly matters if you consider that he obviously made good choices. If a man writes a good essay, would you dock him points for writing in cursive versus print? The body of his idea was fundamentally right, and the only issue here is aesthetic.

Why do you bother trying with him? He has a pretty hard hate boner for anything that isn't mgs. His opinion is about as useful as IGN when trying to decide if anything is good. Except I don't. Halo 5 had great cinematography The only thing I can remember is the opening with Osiris doing some Superman-esque shit (it's all in one-shot) which was admittedly pretty cool, but felt out of place and unrealistic for the universe. Everything else (bar music, again) was better in Reach. Reach are the worst campaigns. The biggest problem with Reach was that it broke established canon, but I'm of the opinion that creative freedom trumps consistency.

The multiplayer is the best since CE.
Warzone is trash. A further fleshed-out FireFight/Spartan Ops would have been better.
