I don't see why that isn't the case. Sexual attraction explicitly means that you would like sex with the person; no sexual attraction means no want. I've been attracted to people without wanting to have sex with them. Most of my male-attractant's I wouldn't want to have sex with. When I was a kid, I found the act of sex appalling and I never wanted to do more than kiss with a girl. Obviously that's changed, but it's entirely possible to be attracted to someone without wanting to have sex with them.
