The way you worded it sounded racist.

I know. I've dealt with people thinking that that's what I meant since the first trailer.

So not only are you a friendless, cringey, literally autistic motherfucker,

but you're also a gigantic cunt. Do you have any redeeming qualities whatsoever?

People aren't saying this is the "GREATEST STAR WARS MOVIE EVER" or the "WORST STAR WARS MOVIE EVER."

I've seen my fair-share of these kinds of comments. Mostly the former.

But on this website, yeah, it's been pretty good.

Wow, that's racist.

Not even a little bit.

He's doesn't look like Donkey Kong because he's black, he looks like Donkey Kong because he looks like Donkey Kong.

I'm just so glad the force-sensitive character was Rey and not Donkey Kong. That would've royally pissed me off.

Also, why could Rey/Finn hold their own against a trained force-user like Kilo Ren with a lightsaber?

Nothing special, but certainly not bad in any sense of the word.

In comparison to ANH being an 8/10, ESB being a 9/10, and RotJ being a 7/10, I'd give TFA a 7/10.

I don't know why he has such a bad rep in Sm4sh. His smashes are scary (aside from having a lot of starting/ending lag. I recently found that he can't be jabbed out of a Warlock Punch at low % either.

After playing Smash Melee today I'm considering spending the last of my savings on a Wii-U. I really want to get into it.

But I haven't really heard much about Ganon in SSB4. I think Verb used him against Rocket and won so idk...

He's slow as fuck though. Sometimes he'll throw a regular attack and whoever he's fighting will hit him first, even if they attacked after him.

Weirdly enough, his speed doesn't bother me at all. His recovery is poor but coming from Falcon, I'm used to it. He more than makes up for his lack of speed with his powerful attacks and low KO chance, IMO.

T4R

Unless they stated where OoT took place in the timeline before the game released, but that doesn't sound very Legend of Zelda-y to me.

11142
That must've been so cool for people to witness. "Holy shit, Ocarina of Time is a prequel to The Legend of Zelda. They talked about Ganon's human form in A Link to the Past, and here he is, not 2 hours into OoT!"

11143
And I just put together today that every game released before Ocarina takes place after OoT, which is why he's referred to as "Ganon" there. He loses his human form, Ganondorf, in Ocarina, I bet.

I really underestimated the storytelling capabilities of this franchise.

11144
Yeah, that's... not right. Weird how he does that.

Yeah, I'll probably talk to him about it tomorrow lol. I just didn't want to say anything to him because, well, I'm sort of the Zelda newbie right now and he's an Ocarina of Time veteran, so it would just kinda be like, "what do you know about Zelda? You just started playing."

11145
"Ganon" should rhyme with "cannon".

Yeah, that's how I've been saying it. And that's how my friend says "Ganon", too.

But as soon as you add the "dorf", he says "guh-nandorf". It's weird and I wanted to address it.

11146
How do you guys pronounce "Ganondorf"?

I thought it was "ganun-dorf", but my friend called him "gah-nan-dorf" today.

I wouldn't know as I don't play the game nor shill for it.

Okay, well as someone who has played the game and isn't just talking out of his ass for whatever reason, you're wrong.

The DLC armour is no "better" than base armour. Exotics are tiered for sure, but the DLC doesn't "lock-off" the best exotics like you're making it sound. That would be like saying "Smash Bros. 4 has a system that offers players the chance to drastically change the game if they pay for it with the Mewtwo DLC."

If you buy DLC you get better gear than those that didn't buy it. You still get to play with the people that didn't buy it.

"Better" in what sense? Light level? Because that doesn't matter in PvP most of the time.

And the time it does matter in PvE is only avaliable to those who bought the DLC, so... kind of a non-issue.

Sounds good.
and yes all the characters are unlocked.

Sweet. Can't wait to play as Ganon tbh. And Falco. Not sure who I'm going to main as, yet.

I'm also not really "kicked out" anymore, Lemon. I've semi-reconciled with my parents to help my brother. It's complicated.

And why're you getting The Twin Snakes?

Because I've actually never beaten it. I've only ever played up until Revolver Ocelot's boss fight.

Where do you get money from if you got kicked out?

1. I've had money saved up for awhile.

2. I'm thrifty. I cut my own hair, I eat very little, and I don't require much clothing.

3. I've been a taxi service for my friends to get home. They pay me to drive them home from school.

Btw should I bring Melee and a couple controllers tomorrow?

Yeah, that would be ideal. I'm still going to bring my controllers to test them out, but I don't wanna be in a position where our controllers are not allowing us to enjoy Melee fully, y'know?

I'm coming to school tomorrow so I can take that stuff off your hands until you meet us at James' place. Bring your memory card, too. I assume you have all characters unlocked...

I never bought the game, but they had opened a trading store in the game some while back where players can use real money to buy various things.

Thus far, the only thing you've been able to buy is emotes. And the recently added suclass boosters. Nothing that drastically alters gameplay at all.

Their DLC plan also gives better loot if you buy it, if not you're SOL

Do you mean, like, you're not capable of acquiring DLC weapons and armour if you don't buy the DLC?

Why would you expect to play with DLC content without paying the price...?

You can still shield grab.

It's a much worse option against real players (because it's very punishable), but a decent option against CPUs.

If push comes to shove, I can just shell out some more money for working controllers. I plan on getting as good as possible at Smash, so a functioning controller is probably going to be a high-priority for me.

But I've yet to play with these "broken" Z buttons. TBlocks and I are hanging out tomorrow to play some Melee, so I'll test it then. I don't know how responsive they actually are.

Except that's what Bungie just started doing now. They've been doing other shit for a whole year, which is what I was referring to. Very different things.

To be clear, I've been specifically referring to Bungie's $45 subclass boosters ITT. But I'm curious -- where else has Bungie provided game-altering benefits to those who pay through the nose?

Destiny you're paying for game-altering bonuses that effect all modes of the game.

Not really. You'd unlock these "game-altering bonuses" with a few hours of gameplay anyways. It's a stupid fucking purchase, $45 to skip 4-7 hours of "work", but to call it "game-altering" is just a ridiculous stretch.

The difference in gameplay between CLASSES in Destiny is negligible. The difference between subclasses? Even more so.

So I got Mario Party 6, a 007 game, and two controllers today for $40. They all work fine, but there's some issue with the Z button being difficult to press. I don't see it being much of an issue in any game but Melee. What does that button do in that game?

On the way, I have Shrek Superslam and Ultimate Spider-man getting shipped to my house. As soon as Melee drops in price, I'm picking it up. Can't justify a $100 purchase ATM, and I have loads of time and games to play before I need to rely on Melee.

Except 343 isn't pay-walling the majority of the game content behind a season pass

LOL
