I mean, maybe it is, but when you say "fighting game", I think Tekken, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat or even DBZ Budokai.

Smash is more of a party game, at least, IMO.

I think they should make alternate skins for characters unlockable the way characters are locked off now

I tried Melee and didn't like it. I guess Smash really isn't my thing.

It's extremely fun once you start mastering characters and learning how to git gud.

Well interestingly, I started the day off with Ganondorf as my main. But as the day progressed, we ended up doing a tournament. All 4 human players had to pick 3 different characters. I chose Ganon, Samus and Falco. I ended up really enjoying him, and now he's my main.

Um... my favourite thing to do with him would probably be either his C-kick that sends people flying or his up kick (the one where he sticks his leg out from behind to knock his opponent in the air.)

I'm not sure what the moves are called, I'm just getting into the game and I'm not well-versed in the lingo yet.

I'm not going to deny he can sing, but I'd have to hear him in person to judge for myself. You can't really tell who has talent these days with all the digital manipulation and shit.

Additionally, you need more than gold pipes to be considered good in my book.

Getting all the trophies in Melee is one of my top three proudest gaming accomplishments.

My copy of Melee actually hasn't come in the mail, yet. I expect it to sometime next week. No, my friend brought his copy over to my house and he already has as the characters and stuff.

But to answer your question: I don't really know. My first priority is going to be unlocking all characters and stages, and from there I'll play it by ear.
