An i5 4460 would be better and cheaper, and you would have a better upgrade path too.

What were the loading times on your laptop? Building a new computer with better hardware will certainly help with loading times, as I said before, I'm using a HDD and my loading times are <30 seconds. You could try just getting a HDD first, then getting a SSD later if you're unhappy with the load times.

He can be campy, but he is insanely good. Waiting out the clock is a legit strategy according to the rules, even though most hate it. But if me and an opponent are close in % with 5 seconds left, it would be pretty dumb to trade hits and possibly lose.

Campy playstyle and only cares about winning. Doesn't give a shit about the game or its community. Tries to win matches by waiting out the clock instead of a KO. Won E3 via sudden death.

And he just looks super fucking gay. Which wouldn't be a problem if he was a decent guy (M2K is my favourite player and he looks far worse). But he isn't.
