I just think it's funny because you said you wouldn't half-ass an essay when on a similar assignment you're relying on an Internet forum to write something for you.

Because I make a distinction between an essay designed to demonstrate my understanding of a topic, and my writing skill

and an assignment designed to provide the minimum amount of evidence that proves I read a 300 page book in around 200 words or so.

I just didn't do it. I was supposed to read around 3000~ pages, and with all the other books I had read, I came in about 2700. It wasn't worth the extra effort.

I don't believe people when they say they think reading is boring. You just haven't found something you like personally yet.

The only fictional book I've ever really enjoyed was Moby Dick. But even then, I had to force myself to do that. I never felt compelled to go back to the book.

I've probably read more than you, in all honesty. My library consists of more than just Star Wars and Halo books...

LOL. Too lazy to even do junior level high school work. You'll make it far in college. It's actually a decent book. But I guess kids just hate to read these days, or even attempt to.

I did read it, I just don't want to write a summary for it. Nice jumping to conclusions.

I also don't plan on going to college or university; I don't buy into the system. Only reason I care about passing this class is because my parents paid money for the school, so it would be a waste not to graduate.
