so far i only have tetris and pac-man lined up keep in mind this is the original gameboy, not the color version. i'm pretty sure it doesn't matter though because i'm playing pokemon gold on my gb and it was supposed to be played on the color.

i went over to my friend's house today and she lives pretty far away so im supposed to spend the whole day with her
but she forgot she had a doctor's appointment so i went with her and ive been waiting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes or so
then her mom walks into the office and decides to sit down with me and wait for her appointment all while making some small talk
but i suck at small talk so it's been nothing but silence for awhile
plus its like 35 degrees out and i'm running on half a bagel and 2 hours of sleep
god i hate this

i have a friend coming over for the day on thursday and i've mostly been going to bed at around 10AM and waking up at 8PM so if i want to enjoy my time with my friend i'd like to switch those numbers around.
anybody got any tips or things i could do to keep busy for that time? i've tried staying awake watching movies and stuff but i just pass out on the couch or something.
