I can't say I've watched a horror anime yet. >.>
Fate/Zero had some decently unsettling stuff with Ryunosuke. Psycho-Pass had some disturbing moments but not a lot. I think Deadman Wonderland takes the cake as the most disturbing anime I've seen so far.
the most disturbing thing about deadman wonderland is how they set up this cool premise and interesting characters and then TOTALLY COCKBLOCKED US WITH TERRIBLE ENDINGS
