Fuckign OBONGO and his faggot gay hippies wont let us stop the muslims
Easily my favourite new member.
im not a fan of the language but i do think we're going about this the wrong way.

i dont know what the right way would be, though... on the surface, a full scale coalition invasion would solve the problem within a few years, but how many other problems would pop up in their place? are we ever going to address the issues with the saudi government? what are we going to do about ukraine, and africa? im tempted to say that most developed nations should just back out of the region altogether and let them destroy themselves, but our world is so connected these days that would be impossible...

its a vicious cycle of suffering and injustice. this world is hell.

Cordyceps are a real thing you know.

The idea of them doing the same to humans what they do to ants is laughable, however. Certain diseases and parasites have some influence over human behavior, but not enough to create zombies.
YouTube

Plausible? No.

Possible? Yes. The idea of a viral pathogen jumping from species to species is not unheard of.

Anything is 'possible' when you get down to it.

The idea of a viral pathogen that specifically targets ants suddenly being able to infect a far more complex human brain is an interesting one, but I'm not about to pretend it's even semi-realistic.
Well when you put "suddenly" into the equation that's when it becomes impossible.

Watch the video. It details how 60% of our diseases originate from domesticated animals, and how it's possible for an infection to travel along a particular food chain.
his argument is also almost entirely based on conjecture. that's an entertainment spot for vsauce, not a serious scientific examination of the plausibility of such a thing. im not convinced.

i wonder what the UN will do in response to this shit over the next year. will we see a full scale coordinated effort to wipe them from the face of the earth, or will we stand back, strike with drones, and arm local militia groups to fight against them? something tells me we're going to arm the locals, and the cycle will begin anew.

i can only think of the poor people who only want to live in peace in the midst of all of this horror.

here, let me clue you in on some #relevanthistoricalinformation

the confucians have long believed in a concept called "the rectification of names," which encourages proper nomenclature of things so as to catalyze social harmony. so, when you take words like "realism," dilute the meaning and apply it to define something that... isnt realistic at all... that's a breach of proper confucian conduct, and you are fostering social enmity instead of harmony

"dont worry guys these definitely arent zombies"

"well why not?"

"because we dont call them that, dummy!"

"but its a fungus that spreads and makes people into rampaging monsters to spread the fungus further... exactly like classic zombie viruses..."

"nope definitely not zombies"

besides, the game's AI is so fucking bad that the "realistic enemies" end up being dumber than actual rocks

But at the same time, realism =/= poor gameplay.
i cant think of very many "realistic" games that were any good

Flight Sims are the bomb.
if you're into that sort of thing i guess

i think hotline miami is actually fairly realistic, since the player char dies just as easily as the enemies

What game were you playing?
League, CS:GO, and pretty much every other multiplayer game.
Well, those two games are known for having a cancerous community beyond belief. Especially League, which is pretty much as casual and bad as it can get.
league of legends is both incredibly casual and incredibly competitive, and its very difficult to win when everyone at your elo doesnt give a shit. its so frustrating.

i dont really want to have kids anyway. there is only one constant, guaranteed factor in life, and that is suffering. it would be presumptuous and arrogant to bring someone into this world, by my estimation.

we're reproducing too fast. just look at this... it's fucking ridiculous.

the earth only has so much to give us, and we're taking so much more than we need to... we're overfishing, underground freshwater reservoirs are emptying fast, pollution is hurting our atmosphere. why can't we just form a benign symbiotic relationship with the earth like every other goddamn animal? we have to trim the rate of reproduction and encourage procreation at or below the replacement rate. we dont need this many goddamn humans in the world... how many are already suffering every day? i think the merciful thing is not to reproduce and throw life into this thresher. i wont be a part of the problem.

they executed another prisoner, too, and moved another 5 to a prison known for executions. oddly enough, many of the captives jordan has were arrested and condemned to death years ago for domestic terrorism, and probably have nothing to offer in terms of intel or collateral at this point

and the pilot was almost certainly killed like a month ago.. thats why jordan didnt go through with the exchange, ISIL couldnt provide proof of life for the pilot.. tryna pull a fast one

h2 has bullet magnetism, not aim assist

aim assist is what h3 had

just a bit of semantic clarification
Halo 2 has aim assist. Aim assist makes your reticle sticky around an enemy. A really easy test to see how much aim assist a game has is to pain the reticle over an enemy. If the screen slows down, that's the aim assist.

Halo 2 has a crap-load of aim assist, the main difference to Halo 3 is that the aim assist stops at a shorter range, as does the RRR.
the bullet mag is a much bigger problem in h2 than the aim assist

This is why Halo 3 sucks.
the netcode issues were much worse than aim assist

I hate when I get Sona support so this release is going to be interesting, I don't ever buy skins anyway
You must play with people that are bad, or don't know how to play with a Sona. Sona is one of the best lane supports in the game along with Nami.
Janna is by far the best support right now. Followed by Thresh and Annie.

Sona is extremely squishy and doesn't allow for agressive engages early

Janna is not the best support, She is strong with the proper team composition but by far you can't do anything as a support when your teammates don't know how to play. The same issue with Thresh. Annie is a carry support so she isn't as bad and she has a decent kit but not something a support player should play. Sona, Nami, Lulu are the best supports at the moment because they can support lane and become solo players if needed in the late game.
heh thats why i like karma, she's the extra ap carry all game. so hard to kill, too
It's a shame you never see Karma.
Ever.
not all that weird, champs fly under the radar all the time. she hasnt seen nerfs in ages and since ADs do like no damage anymore she's a very very solid pick. her low pickrate actually works in her favor since most people wont be used to playing against her and therefore will likely not know how to play against her

Yeah yeah ISIS is the embodiment of evil and all that jazz, but let's not get caught in the hype. This happens every single day in Africa, Mexico, South America, China. Yet we only seem to care when it's near oil.
There's a video of some gay guy in Uganda getting beat up and then set on fire. Yet that isn't as popular as this guy.
5000 ukranians have been killed in the last year and untold thousands of africans are being murdered each year but the middle east gets the publicity hotspot because religion! yeah!
