I heard this newest one was pretty good.
It's really good. I don't think OP has played Xenoverse, or else he'd be optimistic about the future of the franchise.
The shop was sold out when I went to buy it, after that I was just like nah
Yeah, you might wanna change your mind again, because it's really fucking good.

I would like one thats not a fighting game, but more like a superhero game. Think arkham city or Infamous
Xenoverse is honestly like that. It's not a fighting game in the traditional sense, just happens to be centered around fighting.

The nurse should be struck off, you don't refuse treatment to anyone especially over petty political beliefs.
this reminds me, hospitals in fringe areas in ISIL-controlled/contested territory are being given a lot of shit on the internet for treating ISIL fighters. i wonder where we should draw the line, if at all?

Oh shit, this actually looks surprisingly good. Not much of a fan of the Marvel stuff, but this? A superhero movie not marketed at 10 year olds? Would consider watching.
I'm still remaining apprehensive. Hack Snyder is particularly good at marketing his movies really well. Just take a look at The Watchmen and MoS trailers. Executing the actual movies however, is a different story.
Watchmen was one of the best "superhero" films ever made...

The Catcher in the Rye. It's so sad.
"You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write 'Fuck you' right under your nose."

Really like the opening shot
That sense of scale
The cinematography is superb, even if the film flops with star wars fans I feel as if it'll be a quality film. Abrams's style suits Star Wars well, both of the Star Trek films felt so much less like ST and more like SW anyways-it's probably part of the reason they did well.
Star Trek isn't as much about the action as it is about the diplomacy, trying to talk things out. Abrams' ST films were Star Wars ripoffs frankly. So much action in them.
Yep, that's why he suits Star Wars so well. He's talented and he just knows how to make a good movie, I thought the Star Trek films were brilliant (but un-Star Trekky)
the star trek films just took all the life out of star trek... star trek is about exploration, finding a new way for life, the exciting prospects of venturing into the unknown. it's a really optimistic adventure around the galaxy. the star trek movies feel like terrible fanfiction. especially Into Darkness.
The third one might be alright
yeah, simon pegg is getting a lot of creative control, and it looks like theyre acknowledging the issues with the films and are working to address that. i have faith that itll be good.

some of the novels were ok, a lot of the games were great, and the original clone wars tv series was rly good too
the prequels are pretty much the only verifiable shit-pile that's come from star wars

ive been avoiding media releases about this, but it looks like i may be wrong http://www.cnet.com/news/george-lucas-says-disney-ditched-his-ideas-for-star-wars-the-force-awakens/i can only hope that they really did ignore everything he said. he needs to be kept as far away from the franchise as possible. historical precedent dictates that lucas is extremely controlling when it comes to star wars; that's why the prequels were so fucking awful, no one could tell him he was wrong. if this is all true, then im confident that we wont get prequels round 2. the question is, will we get a great Star Wars film worthy of the original trilogy, or Star Trek: Into Darkness round 2?

after the last 3 movies, im not holding my breath. but i am cautiously optimistic. maybe lucas learned from his mistakes. probably not, but ill have to wait to find out.
Lucas isn't directing this movie. It's JJ Abrams.
Lucas probably would have fucked it up even more now.
more goes into a film than direction. lucas has a writing credit and almost assuredly had the last word on everything that went into the movie.

Have you been living under a rock?
Lucas isn't making star wars movies anymore, dumbass.
tread lightly. lucas still has creative input. just because he isnt directing doesnt mean he isnt involved. he's credited on IMDB, and if you think that he doesnt have the final say on what goes into this thing, then you're either delusional or retarded.

kinda wish they just used Revan instead of "hey heres a guy who looks kinda like revan!"
that downed star destroyer will be iconic if this movie turns out to be good. that's one hell of a shot.
