It's about ethics. The reality is that cheating in the league is blatant and rampant. Anyone with half a brain can tell that the league doesn't give a shit about ethics as long as the sheeple continue to feed them billions of dollars.

that being said, its worth it OP. not really worth a year-round sub but you can get a shit-ton of content out of it with a few months' sub time. fantastic worldbuilding and lore with solid gameplay, a wonderful community, great customer service, and a metric assload of content. pvp isnt balanced and at the higher levels it starts to be more of a "daily grind" type thing, but you can enjoy it casually just fine. the only way to play wow "competitively" is to be a heroic/mythic raider or a high elo arena player.

Stealth and VATS in Fallout.
On their own they are pretty beastly, but combined.
*Sneak Crit. Headshot with 95% chance to hit*... yes please. This with Grim Reaper's Sprint in Fallout 3 made it insane, you could clear a room in maybe 5 seconds if you factored out all the slo-mo.
this is why i avoid VATS if at all possible. i get why they felt the need to try to include it in some form in the new games but it kinda kills the otherwise good combat :l
