for anyone saying halo: you do, in fact, need "a god damn Master's Degree course in Navy Seals tactics" to be anywhere near good.

Apparently I look like I'm always pissed about something, so a lot of people look away when I try to look them in the eye. I'm usually pretty good at eye contact, though.

Eye contact is so easy though, why does everyone make a big deal out of it.

What's so hard about looking at someone in the eye
when youre a betamax phaggot simple decorum is impossible to grasp

Well wind farms aren't exactly sustainable anyway so it kind of is a legitimate argument.
Elaborate.
They're highly inefficient, AFAIK. Nuclear is the way to go.
theyre also known to kill birds, oddly enough

Pretty fun. Kind of slow, though. I kind of wish it was more roguelike where you'd be replaying it numerous times instead of investing your time in a single decent vault.

Anyone have tips for getting caps without buying lunchboxes?
Always have someone out in the wasteland. It's not quite as dangerous as it may seem as long as they dont have a rusty .32 and a regular jumpsuit

Yeah, my guy died because I didn't pay attention to it at work and now I'm waiting to get 200 more caps, which is taking a very long time. It's been pretty stagnant around 15 dwellers. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong; everyone's happy, I have plenty of resources, but caps are so slow I can basically only make a single room per day.
its kinda supposed to be that way since its a freemium game. things will speed up as you expand. be really deliberate about your radaway production with regard to your population btw. rad poisoning can really fuck the vault up fast

Wait, how is it depressing? Are you talking about the end of Rixty Minutes? That had a pretty goddamn uplifting ending.

"Nobody exists on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere, everybody's going to die. Come watch TV?"
the latest episode, "auto erotic assimilation," had a pretty depressing/bittersweet ending. rest of the episode was funny as shit though

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.

It's moody and beautifully stylish. Great movie.

Maybe I'm just not seeing any but I struggle to think of a decent film released this side of 2010.

There have been some good ones sure, but none are really leaping out and screaming 10/10 at me. Can anyone just like, spit film names that they think are good from '10 onwards until I see something that isn't shit/meh/alright <_<
the kings speech

argo

john wick

Argo is overrated garbage, The Town was a way better Affleck movie.
i liked gone girl a lot too

I hated drive, loved john wick
i can see why people might not like drive. the driver's characterization pretty much came through only in his actions and physical gestures and it had a pretty b-movie plot. i was just extremely impressed by the cinematography and mood. i thought gosling did a great job as the driver too.

Dredd
Kill Bill
Doomsday

Here's some similar music to Kavinsky.
YouTube

Perturbator's great. Shouts out to Hotline Miami. Love Kill Bill too. Heard good things about the Dredd remake, I'll check it out. I think I saw Doomsday on tv once and liked it
Dredd isn't a remake, it's just a different movie telling a story about Dredd. It's not trying to redo the really gay Judge Dredd movie, it's just putting a Dredd comic into a film. It's amazingly good. Seriously watch it
oh shit that sounds rad

play in this order

pokemon red, pokemon yellow, pokemon crystal, pokemon emerald, pokemon fire red, pokemon platinum, pokemon black 1, pokemon black 2, pokemon omega ruby

then get pokemon stadium 2, pokemon colosseum, and pokemon xd: gale of darkness
why yellow

that was just a fanservice game for kids who watched the anime, which i'm sure the OP hasn't
i just like it for the novelty of having pikachu follow you around and the slight changes to the team rocket storyline

Oh, i really want to watch John Wick then <.<
its really really really good. it was directed by stunt geniuses (one of the directors was keanu's stunt double for the matrix) so the fight choreography is insane and goes super well with the cinematography and score. does a great job of worldbuilding too

Is it actually worthwile?

The one and only game for phones that I legimately enjoyed was Crossy road - and that's just frogger with 3D graphics and a tilted view.
its fun but gets old quick. at a certain point all you do is send people to the wasteland for supplies while you click on your resources and sometimes make/let in new dwellers
