This makes me wonder, when you first meet Father you have the option to remind him that you can kill him right then and there. But you have no way out of the Institute without humoring him. I bet you cant even kill him at that point at all.

New Vegas is a much better Fallout game, but Fallout 4 has a more aesthetically pleasing world and better combat mechanics. Fallout 4 is similar to Skyrim insofar as the story kind of blows and there's a lack of real choice, but the game world itself is very appealing. The RPG mechanics in FO4 are very shallow compared to New Vegas.
Basically, New Vegas is an extremely good RPG that happens to be a shooter. FO4 is a damn good single player shooter with RPG elements.

hm, did you buy the game of the year edition with all the DLC packs, or just the vanilla game? operation anchorage is one of the DLCs, and its pretty easy so you can do it at low level.

GRRM has already told the showrunners how the story ends so he can't be that important in the grand scheme of things.
Season 5 had maybe five scenes that were accurate to the source material. Using it to predict what will happen in the books is kind of redundant at this point.
That being said, I still wouldn't count on Stannis surviving the series, but it seems like he has the upper hand in the Battle of Winterfell and I doubt he's going to randomly decide to burn his daughter.

A large part of it is the the spread of certain, militant ideologies in the wake of Ayatollah Khomeini's Iranian Revolution in 1979. These days, most of these nations exist only geographically, like Door said. Iraq is a good example. Various tribal groups and religious minorities just do not get along with each other, but first world nations drew the national borders with no regard for that. There are a lot of other factors at work here too, like how Turkey and Saudi Arabia "secretly" provide funding and resources for jihadi militants.
