Someone who has these things, and is transitioning, should be allowed to use the restroom of the sex that they are transitioning towards WITH legal protection.
At the cost of everyone else's legal protection
What cost and what protection?
Can you not see how predators can use this law to avoid being taken to jail
No, not really, no. Not with how I described it, no.
Police can not take away people who claim they are trans
so you're telling me this scenario is plausible under the new laws
1) i walk in to womens restroom, like das said i have no prior history of gender dysphoria/what have you 2) i find and rape a woman 3) i waltz out 4) police come, try to take me away 5) "FREEEEDOM CAWWW IM TRANS LOL CANT GET ME FUCKERS" 6) i waltz off
?
Uh no Because you'll get arrested for rape regardless of whether you're in a bathroom or not dumbass That has nothing to do with bathroom laws
Let me paint a more realistic picture
1) Cops can you remove this man? He's been staring at me in the bathroom the whole time I was there. 2) Um excuse you I can a trans woman 3) Sorry maam nothing we can do now have a nice day
lmao
If you can't reply to something, it's better to not reply at all instead of trying to be witty
whatever u say tardo

i know you arent the brightest bulb in the bunch but fucking with oxy is a new low, even for you.
It would be dumb if I did what I did last night and didn't expect any lasting effects or death from it. But I did.
justify it to yourself however you like. you're still retarded for doing it.

street fighter 4
get 5
my buddy, who turned me onto SF4, told me it sucks balls. ill pass.
he means it had a bad launch, which it totally did--they released it in a very emaciated, incomplete state
it's better now, and it's gonna keep getting better throughout the year, but i doubt that'll convince you
that actually did pique my interest. ill keep my eye on it and might start watching competitive SF5, but in the interest of transparency i only play SF on console, and since i dont have live i barely play SF4 these days at all, mostly just to practice ryu when im bored. i doubt id play SF5 much if i did get it, but its nice to know that things are looking up for it

I caught Piper smoking while she was travelling with me so I dismissed that bitch back to Diamond City to work on that dumbass little paper of hers.
everybody smokes in fo4, bethesda gave that animation to all "human" actors including people it makes no sense for like nick valentine and curie.
when curie smokes its hot as fuck
it's 100% against her character to do so though
idgaf the game is shite anyway it doesnt break my immersion when she lights one up

Shrimp and grits might seem a little weird to most people, but here in the deep south it's a mainstay of our diets.

"Legitimate sport"
Kys
The point is to allow international players to compete here without having to jump through any flaming hoops. That's the whole point. No one actually cares whether gaming is considered a sport or not, except stupid people like you. It's simply a matter of fairness.
And we reached the goal anyway, so you can shove it up your whiny ass.
it's not a real sport
Again, thanks for missing the point. I'll just toss this post in the "I'm a fucking idiot" bin.
I still signed it (and I'm not stupid because I disagree with you), but it is not a real sport.
It is a sport in the classical sense, but definitely not an athletic competition, which is the context that most people associate "sports" with these days.

First reasons weird. Is it saying a sport has to be decades or centuries old to be considered "institutionlized"?
They just mean that there's nothing like an NFL or an NBA to represent its competitive scene. Whereas games like Street Fighter and LoL have their own professional leagues, Smash doesn't have anything like that, so it's been mostly up to the community to keep the game alive for the past fifteen years.
Without some kind of league, there won't be as much financial backing, sponsor support, or even player support for the game. International players will get shafted, and the community will likely stagnate and die. And that's kinda lame.
Well, there was, but Major League Gaming kinda royally fucked itself. Maybe an American equivalent to KeSPA is in order. I think Texas already has one.

What is this all about?
Remember when six officers just kinda threw a guy in a van when they arrested him and he died in their custody and then the Baltimore Chimpout happened? The first of six trials just ended.
He died in custody? What was the autopsy report?
I forget. I think it was head trauma or a broken neck. He slid around in the back of the van and died in transit.
So they were driving at such a speed that he slid around the van and broke his neck/fractured his skull?
How the hell are they not being charged with at the least manslaughter?
Shit can happen at even just 30 mph bro. just gotta knock yourself just right.
Come on bro.
You know damn well if it was you or me with a tied up person in the back and they mysteriously died we'd be going to jail.
We'd probably also get charged with kidnapping.
Probably. But if I'm reading and remembering things right, this officer didn't cuff him and he didn't have much to do with placing Gray in the van, which is why he wasn't convicted on assault charges.
yeah, it's a good thing this guy got off. they were overcharging a lot of this stuff because of the public backlash. i heard on GPB maybe yesterday that the lawyer for gray's family was happy about this decision in particular.

Halo 2 was the least skill intensive Halo. CE was a much better game.
CE was much better but H2 wasn't the least skill intensive. There's a consensus among my pro scene contacts that H2 is probably third out of all of them, CE>5>2>3=ZBNS (room for argument)>4>Vanilla Reach.

Skill cap should be an irrelevant factor. CE's campaign was terrible.
We're talking about competitive shooters in this context so no, skill cap is an extremely important factor and campaign has nothing to do with it.

Bethesda should be ashamed of the PS4 version of Far Harbor. Not sure about X1. I guess that's what I get for buying a Bethesda game on console.
frame drops/general bugginess?
No bugs so far. But terrible framerate. Fallout 4 actually runs perfectly fine for me. Only a few areas lagged a little. But those were patched. Like the Corvega place. Far Harbor runs like shit once I enter the fog though. Like, probably below 20FPS.
my brother and i both get bad framerate issues on PC. he has an NVIDIA card with a fairly high end rig and i have an AMD card with a medium tier rig. i drop from ~50 to between 20-35 in foggy areas in far harbor. its quite annoying.

No Halo 2? Bullshit list
Because Halo 2 wasn't the first FPS to start the trend of "competetive" shooters. Many came before it, like Quake.
and CE lol
