Ah yes, I too got one for Christmas 2007. I remember seeing a news report about how Internationally People were lining up at stores for Halo 3 before it launched, speculating it would shatter the current record for Launch Day sales, and thinking I'd never be that much of a Nerd, and I'd never be that into the Halo franchise (lmao), despite a cracked copy of CE being distributed and played at my School. We got Guitar Hero 3, Forza 2 and Viva Pinata with the 360 Pro bundle (It went Core < Pro < Elite Pro, yeah?), and I routinely played Guitar Hero with my Brother to an extent that our Vision would seem like it was warping when we looked away from the Screen. It had a hate for GTA IV too. Twice when it was standing up, it fell over and scratched rings into the disc of that very game, and I seem to recall it getting the Red Ring twice over its lifespan. The current one struggles with Halo 3 and Guitar Hero 5 especially.

Halo 3's netcode was much worse.
I was totes talking about Halo 2 Vista [/backpedal] 4. Wat I found it extremely dark and difficult to see things, even with max brightness when I played the game. This was on multiple TV's, so I assumed the lighting was just inherently dark. 5. It earned its ending unlike some recent Halo game that just came out last month...
I get that they went overboard with their ambition for Halo 2 and had to cut a fair bit of their original planned game, having the rest of the story as Halo 3. Power to them, it's good to see Developers' imaginations running wild. That said, it doesn't somehow make the Game better for it.

Nah fam, I was getting constantly screwed over in the Regret boss fight and he'd always drop me on top of a group of Zealots, making me take 2 hours longer than I needed to. I didn't find Gravemind too bad after the Prison thingy >.>

I'd assume there would be a couple who may have been Casual players at first, chose their main based off liking the character, etc, and kept that main through their improvement. Wouldn't be a bad idea for whoever does Youtube Coverage for those to ask the players questions on that subject at the next big Tourney. I'd be interested in seeing the answers.
