That horrible rich, white, businessman is going to ruin America. Surely this rich, white, career politician will make things right.

You're all dumb tbh fams
You skipped the part where if you supported the Independent Jew [the one who actually wanted to change things] you were a damn commie and a childish retard.
To Bernard's credit he doesn't appear to be stupid enough to go full commie.
That doesn't keep his opponents from conflating his positions and his supporters with communism.

God created sin.
Do you actually know anything about Christianity or are you just baiting
God created all things, including the rules for what is or isn't sinful.
Sin is the result of Man's failure to live in union with God's divine life. It literally means "missing the mark". There isn't a list of sins, there isn't a rule for what is and isn't sin. Sin isn't something that is "created" per se, it refers to man's failure. OUR failure. Not God's.
Are not the Ten Commandments considered rules?
Sin predates the ten commandments. If you look back, God's first commandment was not to eat from the Tree. This commandment did not create sin in and of itself. Rather, it was Adam and Eve's act of eating from the tree, failing to follow the commandment, that created sin.
You're confirming my argument. God created the rules for what is or is not sinful. Refusing to follow God's rules is sinful.

But you don't believe in God, and God created sin. Sin [or rather, unrepented sin, depending on your flavor of Christianity] is what sends you to hell. Without God, there is no sin.

I don't understand your point.
You said earlier that you believe in heaven and hell, yet don't believe in God. Without God, there are no rules by which you are sent to heaven/hell.

In fact, I struggle with the idea of hell in general.

I mean, if you live in the 1950's mentality that women and coloreds are below the white man, then I guess that makes sense.

No, of course I don't think that.

I probably shouldn't be having this conversation with you, anyway.
Probably not. Believing in Christianity is dumb to being with; doing so without believing in God is even dumber.

Why am I not surprised you have such a dumb opinion like this?
Isn't the whole point in Christianity to seek salvation through Christ and worship God? What's the point in being Christian if you don't believe Christ leads to salvation and you don't believe God exist?

"Believing in Christianity is dumb to begin with"

Man, you're gonna be in a real shock once you get sent to Hell
I doubt I'd be sent to hell simply because I used the brain that God gave me.

God gave you a brain and you are willingly denying His existence. I'm pretty sure He'll send you to Hell for that. Oh well, more room in Heaven for me
I remain unconvinced of his existence because I have the ability to question things.

Sep7 is approaching four years old now
By "four" do you mean "two"? Or do you live in some world where time moves twice as fast?

Daily reminder that it's taken 200 years for Max to find his sense of humor.

He still searching to this day.
Wait, is saying random/wrong shit supposed to be funny? I mean, I get it if you're like, 12 years old.

I'm well aware that Congress would shut him down at every step. Just because Congress wouldn't support him doesn't mean he didn't want sweeping change.
So you're essentially saying that you're going to vote for Sanders knowing he will be a lame duck, but at least you'll be able to moralise the election and look down on everybody who didn't vote for the Little Revolutionary Who Could.

It seems more like you're interested in signalling that you like systemic change and big, progressive policy initiatives than you are achieving those initiatives. Whatever you think of her, it's eminently clear that Hillary Clinton is the best chance of any kind of actual and effective progressive government than any other candidate, yet she's just not progressive enough for your essentially moralistic and impossible standards.
Because I don't view voting as a game.

I don't get a reward for picking the winner. This isn't Las Vegas sports betting. I'm voting for the person who most closely represents my views and what I want in our country.

Will I vote for Hillary in the general election? Most likely. But that doesn't mean I'm going to throw in the towel and vote for her in the primary.

[the one who actually wanted to change things]
Sorry?

You're also forgetting the fact that people who are celebrating the 'rise' of Sanders apparently have no sense of recent political history at all.
I'm well aware that Congress would shut him down at every step. Just because Congress wouldn't support him doesn't mean he didn't want sweeping change.

if you have to ask "is it racist?" then it probably is, bigot.
But I know the joke is racist - that's the point of the joke. But telling a racist joke doesn't make me a racist.
sounds like something a racist would say.
Oh, my bad. I forgot that acknowledging racism is, in itself, racism

it is. what are you? some backwards conservative from the south?
We've passed the part where I'm able to tell if you're joking or not.

Max's point is that racism and sexism are rampant in the Bible. Which is true.

Which has nothing to do with the plentiful good sense that is actually in the Bible.

A socially-liberal person like yourself probably doesn't see much worth in what I'm talking about, though.
You can't follow the Bible without also listening to the shitty stuff it says. Then you're just cherry-picking what you like. At that point, there's no point in following anything it says if you're just going to do what you think is right.

Clinton to win Georgia and Virginia, Sanders to win Vermont.

Trump to win Georgia, too close between Rubio and Trump for Virginia

*in British accent* Vermont: A state you think about so little you didn't notice that that's not Vermont, that's Maryland.
lol. True.

All those New England states are just one big mushpot in my brain.

With what percentage reporting? CNN [?] was calling Trump the SC winner with like 6%

I don't have the numbers - likely based on exit data,
Well do you have the source of the images you're posting, then?

It's depressing.
I disagree. Having a finite amount of time to live is what makes it worth living.

No opinion.

Reproduction/raising a family is a waste of time and money.
I'm with you on that one.
