Who cares? It's an improvement.
Spamming old topics with no discussion value is an improvement?

I don't think anyone thinks it's a GOOD idea to get involved in Iraq again, just a "less terrible" option than doing nothing.

lol its just like you guys to over think everything.

Where does their soul go?
Again, nowhere. Whatever you define as a "soul" is tied to your consciousness. It ends when you die.

Nowhere.

Into the ground or urn, depending on burial/cremation

Quote
Urban Outfitters sincerely apologizes for any offense our Vintage Kent State Sweatshirt may have caused. It was never our intention to allude to the tragic events that took place at Kent State in 1970 and we are extremely saddened that this item was perceived as such. The one-of-a-kind item was purchased as part of our sun-faded vintage collection. There is no blood on this shirt nor has this item been altered in any way. The red stains are discoloration from the original shade of the shirt and the holes are from natural wear and fray. Again, we deeply regret that this item was perceived negatively and we have removed it immediately from our website to avoid further upset.

No wonder why no likes you here. You keep insulting people! How the hell do you expect to survive in this world? And you're saying I'm universally disliked? What about you Le Dustin? Hell, I haven't seen your username in years I almost read it as Le Desticle.
People love him here because there's tons of people who do nothing but insult others here.

Holy shit, people are still salty about the whole Viltre situation?

Good lord.

It's part of history now. Can't change it.
I'm not sure why people were mad at you for it.

You realise she actually sounds dumber in that tape, right?
I never said I agreed or supported her, just that door obviously posted a incorrect quote and got called out.

The Flood / I had to put one of my dogs down this morning
« on: September 14, 2014, 07:54:46 PM »
I have two labs, the older of the two has had some health problems over the last year, and they finally caught up with her last night. We took her to the emergency vet and they said it's best if we put her down, since there wasn't really anything they could do.

It's sad, but she had a good life. She was 14, which is a pretty good age for a dog.

The house just feels a little emptier.

:(

That's some expensive shit.

If you're born with a penis, you're a man. If you're born with a vagina, you're a woman.
Objectively incorrect.

Sex =/= gender.
No, sex and gender are synonyms.
I think you lose your right to talk about transgender topics when you think this to be true.

Please explain how I could possibly be proving you right.
It said that gender nonconformity isn't in and of itself a mental disorder, and implied that actual gender dysphoria is.
..which means it doesn't support your argument. Transgenderism and gender dysphoria are not the same thing.
Gender dysphoria means that you think you're the opposite gender than what you really are.
No, that's transgender. You don't have to "follow through" with anything to be trans.

I'll ignore the "what you really are" part since it's retarded.

Why even bother posting in Serious about a serious topic if you're just going to dismiss arguments?

Is there another prevailing argument that doesn't align with the APA, but supported by research?

Serious / Re: Is transgenderism a mental disorder?

By definition, no.

The incongruity between gender and body that transgender people experience [gender dysphoria] is, however.
