Depression is something that people don't understand unless you've dealt with it first-hand, including myself. Friends and family have struggled with it, but I've never had it myself, so it still doesn't make sense. That's not to say that I don't think it's a serious, legitimate issue

Guys, all I know is the radio. I don't know where to find good music. Help me instead of pointing out the obvious.
Consider a band you like. Next, go to a site like last.fm and look up said band. Then, consider the artists listed as similar artists. Rinse. Repeat. Alternatively, use an app on your phone like songza/spotify/google play music to create a radio station that will play music you might like based on what it already knows you like.
