It's fun to follow a team for years because you get to know the players, you see them improve, you see them struggle through slumps, you see them battle injuries, you see them celebrate their wins, you see them mourn their losses. There's something about being a fan of the team that makes you feel a part of that.
If you're lucky, your team will pick up an up-and-coming star and you'll get to watch them thrive. Or maybe you'll get to witness history and record-breaking. Maybe you'll see championships won. Maybe you'll see iconic players retire.

woops
S'ok.
Assuming Biden does jump into the race, and is the first of the big three to drop out (Which isn't out of the question - his son's death is going to loom heavily over his entire campaign), I fully expect him to endorse Clinton over Sanders, and I would not be shocked to see most of his delegates supporting that choice.
could be he's joining in just to get more supporters for Clinton and help seal the divide between her and sanders.
By stealing voters from Sanders?
well yeah that and there are surely a specific niche of dems that aren't sold on Clinton and definitely don't want Sanders that might jump on Biden. He gets them, drops out, endorses Clinton and they go to her. Joe does a solid for Clinton. I wouldn't see it being out of the question in the party's interest of Sanders not getting the nomination.
just because biden endorses Clinton doesn't mean his voters go to her...

I always thought millenials were those born after 2000.
Why would they be called Millennials if they were born after the turn of the Millennium
...because they're the first generation of the new millennium?

I use the binary scale. 0 or 1.
0 is "no, I would not" 1 is "yes, I would"

Pretty much all I play right now is Rocket League.
I've heard great things about that. Doesn't look appealing but I think that's its thing. Sucks you in?
I'll try it when I get my pc.
I mean, it's super simple and really easy to play 5-10 matches in a row. It's more fun when you don't suck at it, too. The developer is really involved in the community, too.

the House's conservative "Freedom Caucus" endorsed Webster.
Something tells me the "Freedom Caucus" has literally nothing to do with freedom...

Considering Columbus Day already is nothing but a "discuss how white settlers fucked everything up" day, might as well. Same thing, different name.
We fucked up a bunch of savages that weren't going to ever advance or do anything with this land?
Well, yes the Natives weren't exemplars of innocence themselves but genocide isn't exactly the solution.
Sure there were less harsh ways to go about it
I just really hate the pity parade circle jerk for Native Americans
Pity parade circle jerk?
By ending the celebration over their genocide?
you act like they're so innocent, they're not
also Columbus Day is not a celebration of their genocide, you can take it out of context and misconstrue it all you want it but it isn't
But it is. It's celebrating the "discovery" of the Americas.
We should change it to the discovery that people already lived here.

I don't listen to this Uncle Tom ass motherfucker, why would I want to read what he says?
It's more about the interactions with Kai. If you had bothered to open it up, you would see that Carson was dodgy on pretty much every remotely "tough" question and completely embarrassed himself on national radio.
I don't need to open up the transcript to know that bro.
then just dont reply to the thread if youre really this uninterested
...it's like you've never posted on this website before...

You are aware I consider all political power immoral, right?
Dude...what? Having a leader and/or representatives is immoral? I think you're just fucking with us all now.

seems like he was talking out of his ass a lot
He didn't do his homework. Kai's a numbers guy. Carson should have been prepared to talk about some fuckin numbers. But I guess non-answers work just as well!
[Most] politicians are in the business of non-answers

No, I don't waste my time with shows that reverberate the same talking points every week within their echo chamber.
HAHA DA WOHN PUHCENT
REPUBLICANS LMAO
DUDE BERNIE SANDERS 2016
It's honestly insufferable.
Jon's show may have seemed like that to you, but since Trevor is South African, his views are quite different and the things he talks about are more moral/ethical issues rather than LOL REPUBLITARDS. Also, Neither Jon nor Trevor talked much of Bernie. Don't shit on something you haven't watched.

Anyone who uses pepe in 2015 is literally a reddit/facebooker who wants to be cool.

Trevor Noah walks out onstage and the audience goes wild. He takes a couple mock bows and then waves his hands as if to say "knock it off you guys, I'm just a regular guy just like you!" The applause dies down and Noah takes his seat. The studio is silent and there is an air of expectation hanging in the room. "So folks did you hear about what happened on Capitol Hill today?" The audience can hardly contain themselves, they're hanging on Noah's every word. They know the punch line is coming. "Well it turns out Republicans voted to pass some new legislation that will make it more difficult for women to have abortions." Already stifled giggles are begging to leak from the captivated viewers. Noah pauses for a moment and then makes a funny face at the camera. The audience erupts in uproarious laughter, scattered shouts of "he made the face again!" can be heard between the cascading guffaws that reverberate throughout the studio. Noah has them just where he wants them and goes in for the kill: "DUDE REPUBLICANS LMAO." Any remaining restraint that may have been in the studio evaporates under the thunderous laughing that is now shaking the very foundations of the studio. Even the cameramen can no longer contain themselves as tears of joy roll down their faces at another perfectly delivered Trevor Noah zinger.
why are you trying so hard?
does copypasta count as trying now?
sorry I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of copypasta

his first week was OK. he's still shaky and a bit nervous. his interviewing isnt great- see the seth rogen interview for example. they didnt pick the best guests but that cant be helped i guess. i think he has great chemistry with the correspondents. this is certainly a hell of a lot better than the nightly show
Yeah his Seth Rogen one was the one I had in mind that was the most awkward. He'll find his sea legs soon, I think.
